I've been going here for over 20 years and the food is always delicious. Big portions for great price. The wonton soup is a bowl of heavenly comfort. The chicken chow mein is the best I've ever had (nothing else compares). The lemon chicken has the perfect crunch(don't know how they do it). Great for dine in or take out, delivery is also available.

Bought two dishes for a family member's birthday: Shrimp Egg Fu Yung and Beef in Black Bean Sauce.

Both dishes were splendid :)
The beef in BBS has onions, mushrooms, zucchini, and peppers. It was a perfect blend of savory flavors.

The egg fu yung was delicious like always! It's my go to dish :)

The serving portion was also quite generous with plenty of sauce.

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos as we were too eager to dig in...

Hi neighbors. If anyone asks the age old question who has the best Chinese food in white rock I can tell you who doesn’t. Ordered from KW Gardens and while the service was super fast the ginger beef was soggy, the shrimp chips cold and rubbery and the flavours overall none descript. Called and spoke to the manager immediately and she said the shrimp chips are out of her control as all they do is reheat them. The beef is crispy in house but said with delivery sometimes it gets soggy, but it was 8 minutes for the delivery so that doesn’t fly. Just a load of excuses.

Offered 20% off next order , like I will ever order from them again.

My option, they should have offered a remake or something as $105 for this is ridiculous.

So here’s advice as where not to order.

Party Trays!! We pre-ordered 5 party trays from KW for our son’s b-day party, and wow!! The food was excellent! We had 45-50 people, kids and adults. We ordered (all party trays): 1 large chow mien, 1 large Singaporean noodles, 1 large almond chicken, 1 small beef and broccoli, 1 small chop suey. We also order 5 large pizzas for the kids from Panago. All this (plus some chips and cut-veggies / dip / chicken wings we prepared ourselves) fed everyone! The almond chicken was a massive hit. I’d like to say thank you to the KW family for helping make our son’s birthday amazing.

I used to love the food from K&W but we ordered chicken and pork honey garlic and both were tough over cooked and really the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The beef and. Broccoli was ok and the won ton soup was passable.

I have never taken the time out of my day to write a review. However, the food I received was the worst food I’ve ever had from a Chinese restaurant. The general Tso’s chicken was soggy and flavourless, the sauce was basically water and also flavourless. The wontons were DEFINITELY expired and the broth was very unpleasant. The only decent part was the fried rice and only becasue it made the other food taste a little better. The fact that they even serve this food to anyone is completely insulting and we will never be going back, waste of $50.

Has been our favorite for chinese food since moving to South Surrey 7years ago.
Always hot and fresh.
Not sure what has happened.
Food is no longer hot when delivered and lemon chicken which was one of my favorites now comes with lemon sauce the consistency of water where it used to be nice and thick.
Definite change in the last year, not sure why.
Still not awful, just a big disappointment compared to what we have been used to.
