I have been a loyal customer, visiting this store weekly to buy sweets, particularly the motichoor laddus, which I really enjoy. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that the motichoor laddus were unavailable. When I asked the sales staff about their availability—whether they’d be restocked next week—the response I received was vague and unhelpful: “I don’t know, and I’m not sure.”
As a customer, I find this level of service unacceptable. A lack of knowledge about product availability reflects poorly on the store’s customer service standards. To make matters worse, the sales representative appeared more interested in browsing her phone than assisting customers.
This experience has made me reconsider visiting this store in the future. Poorly trained staff and unwelcoming behavior can drive away regular customers like me. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training and customer service.

Yesterday i visited this store, the girl who took my order she was very rude. She doesn’t know how to give customer service. I ordered shahi large paneer pizza. She doesn’t know that how to treat customers. Mam please learn some basic manners.

I ordered 3 large pizzas (the kids special). One vegetarian, one ham and pineapple and one pepperoni. The pizza use to be better but as of late the quality and taste has degraded . Also, They did not tell me that there was a misprint, the veggie was actually a cheese . The onus is always on the establishment to clarify any changes and they clearly did not .This is the last time I’m ordering from here.

I ordered three pieces of rasmalai .A woman, probably in her early 50s, squeezed all three pieces into a tiny bowl with barely any ras and crumbled them in the tiny bowl. When I asked her to change the container, she argued and insisted that they only count the pieces not ras. I wanted proper rasmalai, not just broken Malai pieces! She said they don’t have specific containers and just use whatever is available. Unfortunately, this is how some Indians restaurant handle customers. I won't be returning.

The rasmalai was superb It’s a must try. I also had pizza but it was soaked in oil they should try to make it less oily. Btw it was loaded with toppings.. ironic sencond time I ordered 3 pcs rasmalai again. The woman I think in her early 50 squeezed three in a very small bowl with very little rass and crumbled them .. pathetic.. I asked her to change the container she said we only count pieces to sell.. I went to buy rasmalai not only mali pieces .. that’s how indians handle customers will never visit again
