Kwantlen pizza @ Hyland Square A

I recently ordered a pizza from here and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. When it arrived, the crust was cooked on the outside, but the inside was raw and doughy, making it almost inedible. I reached out to the restaurant to express my concern, but they refused to admit that there was an issue with the pizza. They didn't offer any solution or even acknowledge the problem. It was really frustrating to deal with, especially since I paid for a meal that wasn't up to standard. I won't be ordering from here again unless they improve their quality and customer service.

Miserable customer service ever. Girl assisting with the bill have no manners at all about the helping hand. I am regular customer, this happened with me third time. Never coming again.

aunties/girls, you really need to learn customer service.

I ordered gajrela from skip the dishes and it was stale. Please check your gajrela. Very bad. Never order again from this restaurant.

I am impressed by their service and attention to detail. I ordered a mango shake today and asked them to make it less sweet.
They did a perfect job at making it as requested and I enjoyed the drink.

Disappointed they charge 2% service fee if you want to use a credit card or debit card. They want cash . A bit strange for a busy pizza chain.

I have been going to this location for over a year. The food has been consistently delicious and the portions are plentiful. The pizza although delicious is sometimes under cooked on the bottom. The cucumbers that are served on the side are sometimes an inch thick.
