The bulgogi was dry, and the server never checked on us throughout our meal. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold, and when we asked if they could turn up the heat, the server just laughed. The food and service were disappointing overall. I'm skeptical of the review, there’s no way this place deserves more than 2 stars.

While food was good, the customer service could be better. The lady serving our table was not very friendly to begin with. We first asked for another spoon for the table, and she replied “what is wrong with this spoon?” And I pointed out to her that it was dirty. She took the spoon and left without any acknowledgement. Secondly, she was reluctant to give us a to go box when we asked for one, and wouldn’t give us a bigger container. She gave us the tinest one (the white plastic one for a bowl of rice) and told us that it would fit. Needless to say the box did not fit the food and we had to go back to ask for another box and was met with a cold stare. I also don’t trust their reviews, they give you 5% discount if you leave them a good review.

Black goat app soup was deliscious and the meat was suprisingly tender.
Partner had back bone soup and also really enjoyed it.
Ask for extra spicy if your adventurous!
