Quite and warm place. Their waffle is rich cream flavor and not sweety. Their portion is large for two people.

Delicious, authentic Belgian breakfast with amazing flavor. Try the egg and bacon croissant or any of the Belgian waffles. Banana, strawberry and others' with chocolate sauce.
Also the best cup of coffee I've had in a while! Italian blend. Spacious, plenty of parking out back or across the street. Location is across from the White Spot near Coast Capital savings on 152nd and 17th ave in White Rock.

The Banana Waffle was incredible, definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. The waffle was perfectly fluffy, not too thick, filling but not heavy. Fantastic.

Leon’s is tucked away but easy to access and it is a real gem .The best chai latte I have ever had and there a so many lunch items to chose from as well as Belgian delicacies .We are lucky to have this place .Even has Bingo on the 24 from 2-4 .A great place to gather !!!
