1st time at this location (& last) poor quality cod , fell apart as soon as I put a fork in it. Service was lacking. We only ordered 2 appys & it took 35 mins to arrive. In an empty restaurant. I even asked the server twice “where’s our food” it shouldn’t take pre frozen food to heat up that long.

Used to love ordering from Herr. Especially fish pakora which were my favourite. Ordered the other day. Fish was OK. $28.00 for 1lb delivered. Inside salad box - all white onion with 2 pieces of raddish. No cabage etc. One skinny lime. They have also shrunk down the tarter sauce essentially making you need to order more. 1 small container for an entire lb of fish pakora. Sufficed to say, all good things must come to an end. I used to order often - but when ownership starts getting stingy like this and thinks you won't care or notice. I move on. L8er

The fish pakora lacked flavor and was overpriced. The price would be acceptable if the taste were satisfactory

The lamb and prawn were top tier. Super tasty, warm, and the flavor was exquisite. The garlic naan was exceptionally delectable. The service was amazing and the bathrooms were clean. I would highly recommend this restaurant

Just to clarify — yes, this is definitely the right place.

Well, this was disappointing, spent $47.00, I usually go here because it’s really good, but today was a different story due to my salad being mouldy and slimy! Instead of garlic naan I got whole wheat naan. Let’s hope I don’t get food poisoning.

After seeing a bunch of negative reviews, I decided to give this restaurant the benefit of doubt. Unfortunately it turned out that the food was not good. Very salty and spicy for both chicken curry and shahi paneer. Garlic nans were meh too. Would not recommend this place :(

i have placed mobile order arrived 20 mins after as he said and still need to wait for another 30 mins for just 1lb fish

I usually never write reviews for restaurants, even when the food or service isn’t up to the mark. But today, I felt I had to share my experience so you’re aware of what’s happening with your food quality and service.

The food we received today was horrible and seemed undercooked. The Kadai Chicken was mostly vegetables with oil floating on top — it was hard to even find pieces of chicken in it. The Paneer dish was a complete disaster, tasting like frozen paneer cooked in an old curry mixed with cream
