They will not even listen when you try to tell them what’s wrong with food. Been a regular customer from past few years but today they lost one because of how they talk. When a customer is calling to tell them that there is issue with food quality, they will just brush off and say they can’t do it. Noone is free to sit and give them a call.

Ordered fish pakoras and have been ordering for a long time. Today it was undercooked and not fresh. When i called in to complain, all she kept saying was ‘it cant be’ and hung up. There is no accountability and the service is so bad. Avoid now, it used to be so nice

We had a party and we ordered 7 pounds fish but we got 5 pounds and when we called them to inform they said that they sell the fish like that only! So is it means if we want 7 pounds should I tell them that I need 9 pounds? It's so silly and unexpected!

Long time customer. However, there was no indication that their royal chicken tikka is marinated in cashews. Not on their website nor in their store. I warn individuals who are allergic to cashews as I am. Their royal chicken gave me an allergic reaction.
