I recently visited Sahota’s Live Grill and tried a variety of dishes. While there were a couple of highlights, most of the items were disappointing and did not meet expectations.
Food Ratings: • Methi Malai Paneer (4.5/5): This was the standout dish of the meal—flavorful, rich, and delicious. It was the only item that truly made the meal enjoyable. • Chicken Biryani (2.5/5): Very forgettable. It lacked any standout flavor or authenticity and left me unimpressed. • Rumali Roti (3.5/5): Pretty decent. It was soft and paired well with the Methi Malai Paneer. • Mango Lassi (1/5): A huge disappointment. It didn’t taste authentic at all and is not something I’d ever recommend or order again. • Chicken Lollipop (0.5/5): Atrocious. One bite was enough for me to leave it untouched. I could not bring myself to eat more, and it was the lowest point of the meal.
Service Rating: • Staff (4.5/5): The staff were polite, attentive, and friendly, which helped elevate the overall experience. While they didn’t offer to adjust the bill for the dishes I didn’t enjoy, I understand their policy and appreciate the good service.
Overall Experience: Despite the excellent Methi Malai Paneer and good service, the overall experience fell short because of the disappointing food quality for most of the dishes. I went for the buffet and was just a little bit disappointed, but it is fine and clean enough.
We stopped by for Lunch. The presentation and portion size was phenomenal. The place was clean. Lovely music. The staff was really accommodating. One issue which was addressed immediately. I would highly recommend a visit.

I would strongly advise against booking their hall for any type of party, whether it's a small gathering or a big celebration. My team recently booked the hall for our team celebration, and let me tell you, the service was absolutely terrible. The food was cold and they were being stingy with it - instead of having a buffet for 40 people, they served individual plates that were also cold. None of us were satisfied with what they promised, they didn't deliver. So, for a group of 10-15 people, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a party venue. It's just not worth the time or money.
