“Just had the dark chocolate mouse with vanilla and salted caramel cake yesterday for the second time and it is the most memorable and the best we've ever had. There is nothing to compare this cake to. We've never had anything as elegant as this at any restaurant, store or hotel. This was superb!!!!!! Yummmmmy!!!! Creamy, moist, delicious and worth every single penny!!!“

“This is a very good bakery to check out in the mall. I had one of their Salted York Pies and thought it was pretty delicious. The cakes looked extremely delectable and sophisticated. They also sell coffee concoctions as well. I hope the next time I come to Germain, I will order something more memorable.“
