We have been coming here for years and the food never disappoints ! It is so fresh and delicious. No chewey seeweed here! Staff is friendly and professional. Pretty quiet during lunch time. The portion is big. I got beef teriyaki lunch box. You can oder from the tablet which is much easier and convenient. Everything also tasted well and flavorful. Will come back for another dished.

Absolutely incredible!! Great presentation, big size dishes, they allowed substitutions with boxes and even let me eat before they opened! I forgot to take a picture before eating so it would have looked even prettier, but I am very happy with this meal and experience! Also the restaurant is very clean and pretty and the staff is very kind. :)

The restaurant setting is better than the usual expectations of a local sushi restaurant. Some added Japanese accent to the kitchen area which is pleasing to the eyes. The server was attentive and you can also order via iPad per each table. You can do either way. The food was fresh, except the mackerel nigiri but I guess it is always a bit fishy with raw mackerel. Price wise I'd say on the high side.

We visited Maguroguy for lunch and it was a blast. Welcoming atmosphere and quality ingredients, which is all we wanted from dine in experience. We had lunch combos, fried squid and Korean spicy seafood noodle (Jjam Ppong). Their sushi, sashimi and rolls were fresh and tasty, Their tempura was crispy outside and tender inside. Oh man, the seafood broth of Jjam Ppong is the best I have ever had in Canada!
