We’ve been to Mehak Restaurant several times with our family, and while we usually enjoy the main course, there’s been a recurring issue that’s quite frustrating. On more than one occasion, our order hasn’t been taken down correctly. The first time, they admitted the mistake and replaced the wrong item. However, during our most recent visit, there was another error in our order, and instead of addressing it, the server insisted we had received what we asked for—which was not the case.

We continue to visit because we do like their main course dishes, but the appetizers aren’t very impressive, and the repeated issues with taking orders correctly are disappointing. I strongly recommend that the staff start writing down orders instead of relying on memory—this would help avoid unnecessary confusion and improve the overall experience.

Ordered doordash, it said 28 mins. I even called to verify order. After 1 hour, they cancelled the order no notice.

Friendly service consistent food - mini meal is the best value in all of surrey delicious food regardless if it's meat or the Vegi platter one of my favorite Indian restaurant's for 20 years now. Used to enjoy their lunch buffet in the old building across the parking lot!

We’ve been regular customers of this restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience yesterday was very disappointing. At first, we noticed that extra plates weren’t provided with our order, which we were willing to overlook. However, when we ordered a chicken dish, the last piece had such a strong, unpleasant smell that I still can’t forget it even after 12 hours. What upset us most was that there was no apology offered for this. At the very least, we expected some acknowledgment of the issue. Sadly, after this experience, it’s unlikely we’ll be returning.

I went for the first time for dinner with family .. food was so tasty but service zero ( 0% ) no smile on face .. so i recommended to everyone don't go there restaurant .. and I won't go there after today,
Again saying service is ZERO 👎🏼 please don't visit at this restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience at mehak resturant. The customer service was extremely poor. Today I visit this resturant and the server was very rude and not at all welcoming we are 2 people and we want to sit at window side but the girl said it's reserved even there is no any customer in the resturant. The server was in hurry and I had to wait a long time to place my order . I want water with ice but I have to wait long time and then I go reception but the girl was busy on phone. It's not a good thing for her. I never came back at this resturant where customer service is very poor. I think the owner should take a serious step against her. When the food finally came it was cold and tasteless. The curry was too oily and spicy it's worth place.
