I’m a regular customer, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing.
The staff were rude and unprofessional. The woman wearing a black sweater was especially disrespectful and impolite. When I asked for extra sauce and even offered to pay, she refused and spoke very rudely.
Also, none of the staff were wearing gloves while handling food, which is very unhygienic and unacceptable. This kind of behavior and lack of hygiene should be addressed immediately by management. My name is

Smash burger was delicious, was spicier than expected but still really good, good portion size too. One of the windows was broken and every time the door opened it felt like the building shifted a little. Over all really good, quick service. Would come again

We used to eat on this area but now We order online (uber eats) , when we starting to open the dipping sauce we got a molded dipping sauce. We put everything on the waste and some of it we already ate. Awareness for everyone.
