Another hot & delicious Malaysian meal for the two of us: very flavourful Char Mee, & wonderfully spiced Samba fish. We’ve been enjoying Irene’s food for over 20 years & still enjoy every bite. Free parking. Near Guildford Mall & only a few mins from Surrey Cevtral City mall. Cash only.
Talk about authentic, this is it!!! Recommended by a Malaysian friend so definitely lived up to its hype as her family goes there regularly..
Funny how they offer perfume and cologne to guests in the washroom, nice touch.
Food lunch specials well worth it, you can smell how fresh and hot, right off the wok (or something like that).

Finally I found the Clean, cozy, good service, authentic foods restaurant in Surrey BC after months of being in the city. I ordered chicken fried rice and Sarawak Laksa. They provided refills free fragrance red tea.
