Very disappointing experience at this bakery. The owner and staff were extremely rude, showing no courtesy or a simple smile while interacting with customers. They charged for a carry bag without asking and did not provide a bill receipt. When I asked something, their response was impolite and dismissive, making me feel insulted. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this place lacks it. Definitely not recommended!

Got Scammed by this bakery. Came in to buy cookies worth $15 and the guy charged us $80 without us knowing. Found out the next day when we checked our banking statements. Owner hassled us and wouldn’t return the money. After arguing for 20 minutes he returned the money and still charged for the cookies.
These people don’t care about customer satisfaction. Lots of other better options in Surrey for Vegetarian Bakeries.
The fruits were rotten in the cake, quality is super down.. worst experience .. this was a special cake and I paid more than double price.. the taste was pathetic, however it looked good..

This is such a bad place not sure how are they surviving in this expensive city. The customer service is worst. I can unde they may make good food but whats the point when you dont want to sell it or be rude to customers. They not only behave bad when you take-out stuff but also call you back to cancel orders or unavailability of products if you place orders on uber eats or such apps. I have tried to order on the span of like 6 months multiple times, first time I thought things happen I ignored but now they are rude no matter what as if we are getting it for free or something. This is unexpectable. I would recommend not to go there at all.

If you're from South India ( chennai and kerala), I wouldn't recommend going there. I understand our taste preferences, and this place won't meet them. We bought a birthday cake for my daughter, but the taste was disappointing. South Indian taste preferences are quite different from North Indian (Punjabi) flavors, so it's better to avoid this place.
