Good ice cream and service only complaint is that it’s cash only.

Love this place. The gelato is amazing and the owner is awesome.

Ok, this guy is kinda like the Soup Nazi of ice cream. Old Italian guy, who does not GAF. You need to know your order and have cash ready (no cards). If you’re undecided and need to use the ATM, he is less than patient. I ordered a waffle cone with two scoops. I ordered raspberry ripple and was unsure of my second scoop-Moose tracks or chocolate peanut butter. He said ‘OK, I give you half a scoop of each’. He then asked my wife what she wanted and we said we’re sharing. He then proceeded to make her a mini version of my cone to share-no charge! So we got two waffle cones for $11, which was quite good. $11 for one cone was a bit pricey.
My wife shared she had been smiling at him and laughing at his jokes with another customer, which probably helped. Ice cream was good, not the best I’ve had-that’s in Bayfield, Ontario, but still pretty good. Hours are erratic, Google maps says he’s open until 8:00 this time of year, but it’s usually 7:30, just after sunset.

The best hazelnut gelato I have ever had. Super friendly guy serving us. I live a ways away, but I will be coming back.

My daughter and I only come here. She always wants to go to “the place where the man is” he was very kind to us. I’m not sure about some of the other comments on here, but we’ve only had great experiences. And we’ve been coming for many years. The quality of the ice cream is very good too.

Ice cream and gelato is very good but the service is average and it's extremely expensive for the portion size. Good place to stop and get a treat for the beach though.

Didn't get a chance to try this cute place unfortunately, as the time posted on Google is not correct and it was closed when we arrived—might need to be reviewed/updated. Hope to try it some time soon! :)

The elderly man working at the ice cream stand was very rude. There were no other customers waiting behind us, and we were simply taking a moment to choose from the many flavors with our kids. But he spoke to us in a rushed and scolding tone, which was extremely unpleasant and unnecessary. There are lots of ice cream stores near there. Please dont go this place.

Delicious ice creams, loved their chocolate ones. Very nice, walk friendly area. The place has the look of old times which is warm and cozy. The only draw back is that they only accept cash. It was ok for us but I can imagine few people walk out these days without ice cream for lack of cash in their pocket.

There were lots of flavours of ice cream and gelato to choose from. I tried the Birthday Cake and Cookies and Cream which was very tasty. The staff are friendly and a nice place to eat.

Customer service is really bad.The owner at the front counter was rude and not helpful at all.I was choosing the flavour but he had no patience even there was no any other customer.Also, prices is too high 6 dollar for one scoop.
