Super cool old dude running this place! A real smart guy with awesome stories. Pushing 90 yo he’s at the top of his game. Best gelato in Crescent Beach. Friendly staff, nothing superficial. Totally recommended.

I've been coming here for a few years now.The best ice cream shop in the region. The owner greets you with a big warm smile.The facade of the establishment is gorgeous and clean. I will definitely be coming back. Love this place

There were 2 servers one young guy and one old guy, both of them were busy in chatting with some girls who were just visiting them not even customers, we waited 20 min but no response. So disappointed and disrespectful.

The gelato was exceptional! Had lotsss to choose from, unfortunately they don’t allow tasters so you really have to know your flavours but otherwise suuuper soft (almost velvety) and tasty. The owner was really welcoming and friendly as well!

Ice cream was okay, but this place is a total tourist trap. Expensive and they only accept cash, the atms available have expensive surcharges. I wouldn’t go back.

We love coming here for gelato, the owner and his family are extremely friendly. It is very clean and they are so kind to our children. The ice gelato is also fresh and delicious.

My review is 0 stars, however google will not let you post without one star.This is my first bad review and I considered not posting anything about my experience to “ keep the peace” but after taking a day to go over what happened, this owner needs to be called out for his poor behaviour.I was with my partner after a nice walk on crescent beach and decided to grab some ice cream on the way home, upon arriving I was greeted by the older gentleman ( I believe he is the owner) he seemed nice and was very helpful showing me dairy free options. *important detail* when he handed me the cone he told me “very big scoop for you” it was quite big, I smiled and went to pay only to realize my wallet was outside with my partner.I asked if I could be right back and he seemed to be visibly annoyed at this. When I left, he placed the cone on the holder behind the counter. I was gone for what felt thirty seconds and when I came back I noticed the cone was no longer on the cone holder where he left it, and he just finished helping a customer who I want to say had my cone but I did know for sure as I was very anxious at this moment as I was given dirty looks by him and was not paying attention because of that.He scooped me a new cone with a blank stare and handed it to me. Back the important detail from the beginning when he handed me a big scoop, I wish I had taken a photo of the new scoop I received. It was tiny. He held the cone behind the counter until i leaned forward to hand him the cash ( I don’t know if he thinks I am planning to run off without pay?) I went to hand him the money and he impatiently says “ YOU GONNA PAY ME THIS TIME?” I felt so anxious I just handed him $10 which would have included him a $2 tip and left. Leaving the store I had reflected to understand if this was my doing because he was very unkind to me but no, I am a very kind person and try my best to be respectful and kind. I did not want to leave this review but I need to be honest in case anyone else encounters his unprofessional, disrespectful, tiny man behaviour.
