Good Vibe, good service but I didn’t like the food much but my friend did so an extra star for her. Maybe will try again and will try something else other than Ramen.?

Great ramen shop in the neighborhood. I used to drive out to Vancouver for it, great to know they opened up in Surrey now.

I came here for dinner for the first time today. I brought my laptop with the hopes of making progress on an assignment before my order arrive but they don't have a wifi for customers unfortunately. They also don't accept cash, which is unfortunate for people like servers (myself) who want to use up their cash. I ordered the Cha-Shu Tamago Ramen and it was delicious. The pork was tender the noodles and egg were a great texture and the broth super creamy. I might avoid coming back just because of the cash issue but it was good while it lasted :). Service was also great.
Parking: Easily accessible in front of the restaurant and if that fills up there are plenty of spots in the surrounding businesses.

Very child friendly as they gave an extra bowl with child scissors to cut noodles without me asking them. They have also perfected the marinated egg.

We were three adults that ordered ramen and chicken karaage as the fourth dish. On the table, in both japanese and english, a card states one could order noodles "al dente", etc. I informed the waitress that I wanted my noodles "al dente." She didn't seem to understand what i was asking and had to point this out on their card. After being served and almost finishing our ramen bowls, I asked if she could check up on the fourth dish. Without verifying or checking for the possibility that she or the kitchen may have forgotten, she just stated that "You didn't order chicken karaage." and left it at that. Just as good, as we had no interest in giving them more business after her reply.
Here's some tips to the staff:
1. When customers ask to check up on a dish, leave the possibility that either the wait staff didn't note it down or the kitchen is still preparing it. Do not blame the customer so as to close the door for more business! The customer isn't your casual buddy or sibling that wait staff should reply so casually blaming the customer who was clearly expecting the dish they ordered. Professionalism was missing.
2. If the order isn't on the wait staff's list, apologize that it seems to have been missed (regardless of fault) and ask the customer if they would still want it and you'll ask the kitchen to get on it right away. There were three of us who clearly heard me order the fourth dish and naturally expecting the dish, therefore our question to check up on it.
To those considering, repeat and confirm your order before the wait staff walks off. On the other hand, consider eating somewhere else with more professional service.

The server is attentive and offers options of ingredients when you order. Very importantly, they serve REAL RAMEN with pork broth, chasu, egg and fresh noodles. Very honest ingredients! You won't get instant noodles here dont worry.
