Wow it was so busy and almost over half an hour wait just to get through the lineup and then wait for getting the food but it was well worth it. Staff was still very polite and smiling even though the lineup was non stop and they all looked tired. I was there an hour after opening so hopefully they get some rest.

Love Mary browns and today's $1.93 deal made it even more so special. I was there during lunch hour and it was lined up the door with lots of high schoolers plus many other people. There was literally no room to stand but everyone got served with a smile. All the girls working were greeting customers and smiling. It took almost over 35 minutes to get my order but no complaints as the burgers were yummy and the smiles from the staff made it ok. I will be back

Today it was mary brown's champion deal and we there was promotion everywhere. We went there @1:30pm and they claim they ran out for the whole day. Like there are other places who have deals everyday but never ran out. Then, We went to other mary brown their service is satisfactory. There were few people outside and saying that they don't want to sell this cheap. 😒

Let’s talk about they’re out of big Mary burger but they have in stock for normal price really.
People don’t follow the deals here specially in bc.
Before they opened they put the sign. Of out of stock. lol not just one location all of them same copy paste note.

Hello everyone I want to share my honest review about this place, yesterday I ordered a combo of 4 pieces chicken along with an extra large piece throw door dash and after waiting for 40 minutes , they forgot to send me soft drink and coleslaw and I paid extra $4 for bigger pieces but they send me small ones . People like to eat food for killing their craving but this place left a very bad impression . So I request people to order throw another place , if they don’t want to have bad experience from this one.

I called the store at 11pm when the store closes at 12am. They didn’t pickup my call so I arrived at the store within next 10 minutes. However, Farhan told me they were shutting down early and had closed the kitchen two hours ago. He advised that owner told him to do so. When Farhan and his colleague walked out of the kitchen, he was wearing his backpack ready to go home. He told us there is nothing he can do for us which was 45 minutes till closing. Would not recommend this location.
Very bad customer service. Would not be visiting this location again.

We were here, just 20 minutes before closing, today. Komal was sweetest, she was welcoming, and even the guy working in kitchen was good to us, recommending us good stuff.

I went an hour and a half before closing to pick up my mobile order and I was met with the most unfriendly and rude customer service you could ever imagine. The girl at the front counter refused to let me use the washroom, even though I’m a paying customer who has been a regular at this location ever since they opened. She said She had already cleaned it for closing so it’s out of service. At this point, they were an 1 hour And 15 minutes from closing, after I respectfully expressed my disappointment she continued with her snobby attitude and appeared to take offence in the fact that I was even asking to use the washroom.
