Dear boss man, today I came to Mary browns and there was a worker that wasn’t you there and I asked for a big Mary combo and I didn’t realize but I was 50 cents short and the man refused to cut off the tax I understand that it seems like I’m asking for to much but I know if it was you that you would’ve cut that off for me so my day was ruined today cause he wouldn’t serve me. Boss man you need to comeback I don’t like this guy

5+ Years ago I very much liked the chicken sandwich here. First time I've had it since, and it was pretty bland. Very little flavour and a bit dry, almost no sauce to save it from the dryness. I was a little disappointed

The person who was making the food was not wearing the head cover and gloves. The most of the food I ordered for the kids. Zero hygiene and I do not recommend

Had food here twice, first time it did not taste good and I didn’t feel too good after. I should have left it at that and never came again. But I mistakenly ordered the burger again and it tasted old, not much sauce in it and to be honest a weird smell to it too. Let’s hope I don’t get sick I didn’t even finish the burger, had to throw it away. This particular location Mary browns is not a good option and I would stay away.
Edit - just wanted to add a comment a few weeks on from my initial review . Mary browns had replied to my post saying I could email them so they can make things right. Rest assured, they do not care to make things right. It has been a few weeks since I emailed them and no response. The responses to the negative reviews are nothing but an attempt to save the bad reputation of this Mary browns location. I would suggest everyone to avoid this specific location.

Nasty nasty nasty! This was the first Mary Browns I’ve had. Greasy chicken with an under cooked thigh. Potato wedges were under cooked in the middle and very lumpy gravy. Not cheap either! I’ll never eat at Mary Browns again!
