I placed my order and had a seat on the same side of the restaurant as the only other people were while i waited for my order, shortly after I was asked to move unnecessarily so the girl could clean. I was going to sit on the other side of the restaurant where nobody was seated but the tables and floor were worse than where I was originally seated. Stood by the door and waited for my order. Point being is why make someone move when the rest of the place was empty and worse.

The best chicken joint in Surrey food is always fresh great portions friendly staff with manners and a great app. The restaurant is clean and the friendliness and manners of the staff along with the great tasting food is what keeps me going back keep up the good work.

While waiting for my order that was supposed to take about 10 a ladt brought me over a little order of taters to snack on while I wait, as she mentioned it would still be another 5mins. Such a small detail that makes all the difference, very impressed with this level of thoughtfulness. Figured the least I can do is use this little bit of time waiting to write this review!

Thanks again to the lady who gave me some taters on April 30 appox 1:45... you made my day after just coming from the mechanic shop and reading the msgs of the 2200 estimated repair... and then u brought me some fries. Way to interrupt some bad news!!! Very much appreciated!!!

Honestly just had the worst customer service with Mary Browns. I've been here quite a few times because i used to live quite close and never had an issue until today. The manager was extremely rude. There's currently a promotion going on where you can order a free sandwich through the app. I went in just asking if its available and the cashier there nicely confirmed that it is, but i just need to order through the app. I logged into my app and for some reason it says the store is closed, therefore i can't order. I was going to go back and ask the cashier but she was busy with another customer and i see the manager standing there so we made eye contact and i asked him. He then rudely ignores my question and sternly tells me that the order hasn't gone through and i need to go sit down. I was a bit turned off already by his attitude but i didnt want reciprocate, and i told him nicely again that the app says the door was closed. His answer was: Well, all the other orders are going through. Making it seem like i was lying for some reason. He then questions me like im a criminal if i downloaded the app today, which i didnt and actually had it for awhile but just didn't use it much because we would usually walk in and order. He then tells me because im not a "regular customer" so i can use the app to order my free sandwich. I have to use the app within 6 months and be a regular. These are his exact words. Which is ridiculous imo. So regular customers who do actually come in and order are excluded from the promotion? I just left afterwards and i never want to come back to this Mary Browns ever again. I told my husband afterwards, he opened the app and now its letting us order without having to be a "regular" in his terms. I honestly he felt like he didn't want/need to treat me like a regular customer because i wasn't paying to order something.

Usually I’ve only had really good experiences, but today, the person who put together my order didn’t close the list tightly enough, and gravy spilled all over my clothes. I was on the go and ended up missing my bus as well because I had to clean up. I am a little disappointed :( Please close the lids properly!
