Terrible customer experience. My order wasn't ready for 30 mins after the estimated pick up time, and the staff didn't even acknowledge it. I arrived to pick it up, was told they were just getting it ready and 30 mins later they handed it to me. They did not engage with me at all, just ignored me asking how long it would be so I could decide to just cancel at that point. Really unfortunate experience and will just support other local restaurants

Menu Favorites: The Fried Chicken (Spicy), Big Mary Chicken Burger (Extra Mayo, Extra Cheese, No Pickles to level up) and Tenders are not only economical but taste great if you're in the mood for a thinner less oily batter compared to Popeyes. We have also had great luck getting served fresh hot burgers and chicken pretty much everytime we've come to this location. Staff: Prompt, friendly and available. Ambiance: Typical fast food joint vibe with seating for groups anywhere from 2 to 8.

I had a great experience today at this Mary Browns. I ordered my food and sat there and ate, the manager went up to me and offered me a tray and then talked to me for 5 minutes. He was so nice and kind, it made my day. The taters and Big Mary were delicious, nice and crisp!

Absolutely diabolical food being served at this place. I’m not too sure whether it’s just this location, but the food here was extremely bland and dry. I ordered their new hot honey sandwich and even the honey couldn’t keep this food from being dry. When I got it, half of the honey they tried to put on the sandwich was somehow missed and ended up on the outside of the bun. Therefore every bite was a sticky mess. To top it off, I had to stand at the counter for 3 minutes before someone came to take my order. When they finally came, the cashier and cook began to have a loud obnoxious argument right in front of me before taking the order. I hope this serves as a warning to never come here if you hope to preserve your idea of the brand.
The servers were friendly, sweet, and communicative. Gave updates on when fresh chicken would be ready. Clean place, great food, no issues.

Went in and the counter person didn't even say hi when I said hi and then was on her phone and I almost slipped on the floor she was cleaning she put in way to much soap I tried to help her out and tell her and she just looked at me. The meal was just under $15 after tax for a combo! The burger was the size of a McDonalds McChicken and the fries about the same size for just under $15!!!! Insane!! Wasn't bad but wasn't great. The price is insane. They are CANADIAN company so I figured I'd try them out and didn't even want to leave a negative review but man it's horrible. It was clean for sure but man the price and the service terrible. I won't be back ever again for sure the value was in the negative. I was there at 9:30pm March, 12, 2025.
