They said me that your order will be ready in 1 min and now 10 minutes gone and then i asked that is the order ready they said it will be ready in next 4 minutes . If the order is taking this time then why will they said me that it will be ready in a minute .. too disrespectful

I've been going to this restaurant for almost a year, and the food and service has always been great. But lately, I've noticed that they're always short-staffed. The person at the front desk takes orders, runs to the back to cook the food, and then serves it to the customers. It's crazy how the owner and manager are working these poor people to the bone. I heard that the restaurant recently changed ownership. I went there today, and I think I heard the manager or owner yelling at the employees at the top of their lungs at the backside of the kitchen. Like, seriously, how can they be so insensitive? I hope they start treating their employees better, or I'm going to have to file a complaint myself.
