I ordered a dosa here and was really disappointed. They added red chili powder directly on the dosa, which made it too spicy and overpowered the taste. On top of that, it didn’t taste fresh and seemed like it had been made earlier in the morning. Unfortunately, this ruined the experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering this again.

I'm not sure what the hype is. The food was below average, lacking flavor and freshness. The atmosphere was very dull, no music, no energy — just a depressing vibe overall. Customer service was poor. No warm greetings, no welcoming attitude, and staff seemed uninterested in customer experience.
The most shocking part was the hygiene and layout. The back kitchen door opens into a hallway that passes through the bathroom area, leading to the other kitchen. Kitchen and bathroom doors were open simultaneously. The bathroom smell was extremely strong and unpleasant, spreading into the small hallway right next to the kitchen entrance. Most restaurants don’t even keep dustbins open due to infection risks, but this place felt careless with basic hygiene practices.
My family includes someone who Immunocompromised, and I really feel bad for choosing this restaurant. It genuinely felt like one of the most unhygienic dining spots in Surrey. Very disappointing experience. Will not return.

The Mysore onion dosa was really bad honestly the worst dosa I’ve ever had. It was completely soggy and lacked any crispiness. When I informed the staff about it, instead of addressing the issue, the woman responded very rudely and with a lot of attitude. She bluntly said that Mysore dosa is not supposed to be crispy, which is simply an excuse for poor quality. No apology, no attempt to fix it, just arrogance. Terrible food and even worse customer service.

Tried dosa here for the first time and honestly, it was a big letdown. Ordered 4 dosas and all of them were soggy, lacked any crispness, and tasted bad. The sambar was unpleasant and didn’t feel fresh at all. I genuinely don’t understand the hype around this place. Definitely not worth it based on this experience.

We went there for Dosa and ordered Masala Dosa and Paneer Dosa. The service was not very pleasant. They gave us Wrong Dosa first and I already took one bite and server took it from us and gave us different Dosa. The water they gave us smelled like bleach. Their food used to be very good but this time as we ate the food we got food poisoning and diarrhea.
