I orderd coke without ice and jr chicken with dubble patty they gave me coke with ice and when i told them that i ordered without ice she took it from me and returned me half glass of coke without ice some ice in it and jr chicken regular. It was So weird and annoying. No straws in the bag

If I could give it a zero I would. This place was so disgustingly dirty I was horrified. Every table dirty, sticky, old good stuck the the sides of the tables and dirty seats too. The music so loud that the girl at the till could not hear us. We wanted to try the new vegi burger, asked for cheese and mayo. It came with most of the mayo in one blob at the side and spilling into the box. The cheese slice was not even on the patty but hanging off the edge of the bun and melted onto the box. We tried to scrape it off the box but it was melted right into it. So we paid for cheese but didn't get to eat it. And so many people crowded up aroung the pick up counter we couldnt get to our order without asking people to move and getting dirty looks from all the addicts hanging about. Absolutely horrible experience. Never setting foot in a MacDonalds again !!! Cannot believe people eat this stuff knowing how disgusting and dirty the whole place is.

This location needs to open the lobby overnight as the drive thru line is way too long. This is an ongoing issue and i have expressed this concern before but to no avail. Writing this review I’ve been sitting in the drive-thru queue for 15 minutes and not one car has moved. It’s absolutely ridiculous, borderline cruel, and insane. Add more workers overnight and open the doors to elevate service bottlenecks and backlogs.

This location is one of the worst. Drive 5-10mins away but go to another location. Even the 104 one near 146Ave. I stood in the drive thru for almost 15mins. The hash brown was re-fried so many times I almost puked when I bit into the old, greasy tasting oil. The breakfast sandwich was stale. And the coffee wasn’t fresh. I will 💯 % avoid this location at all costs. Will never go back again. Not efficient, disgusting food, terrible customer service.
