Worst customer service for dashers and skip drivers. They are not at all following the policy and responsive to the food delivery drivers, that’s the reason dashers are not picking orders from this location!! All of them need to get trained to work and to treat people! The manager working in the graveyard is the worst lady here!!!

Playing christmas music in early November. Walked right back out without ordering. So disappointed in this location
I love a BLT egg McMuffin in the morning and really enjoyed the smiles and cheerful interaction with the redhead manager!

Called to ask which toy they had today. Surprisingly, I was told they weren't allowed to tell the customers and hung up. This is the first time in all my years of living in Canada that I've encountered such a response from a McDonald's staff member!

Was told they didn't have what we went for. Milkshake machine isn't always working. Was told to leave before we could even start eating. Management is RUDE, a RACIST & an ABLEIST. Told us to leave because I'm disabled. Said they'd refund our money, but didn't. Fell in parking lot & broke my cane because my sugars dropped low from NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT!

As I am walking towards McDonald's at 530am on my way to school. I do so because of a large bright sign that says open 24 hours. I get to the store and all lights are off, but they are serving drive-thru only and refused me service. The sign says 24 hours, NOT 24 hour drive-thru. I wouldn't have wasted my time walking there if they were just going to refuse me service, which is outright wrong. They come up with lame excuses that it's a safety concern and yada yada, but I think there's more of a safety issue when I have to stand in the drive-thru, talking to every person that comes up so I can buy them a coffee if they could order food for me.... There's really something wrong with this world right now where I have to drive a vehicle.in order to get food!! Absolutely disgusted with McDonald's altogether and I will never get food from there again

The filthiest washroom award goes to this Mcdonalds. I mean, whatever you imagine filthy is, this is 10 times worse. It seems like the staff doesn’t care aboit cleaning the washrooms ever and they haven’t been touched in ages. Super gross. It makes me feel concerned about how clean they keep the kitchen where they cook.
