The saddest part of my visit wasn’t the food or the wait—it was watching one visibly exhausted worker running the entire drive-through alone, like a one-person circus. This poor employee was taking orders, processing payments, making coffees, bagging food, and handing everything out the window all at once. It was painful to witness. How can franchise owners sleep at night knowing they’re subjecting their staff to this level of exhaustion and burnout?

If I could zero stars I would. It 2 am waited about 15 minutes just to order take in mind there was only one car in front of me when it’s finally my turn to order lady ask what’s my code then goes silent for another 3 minutes again I wait finally put in my order and tell her my code again she says it’s invalid I ask her if she can scan it and continues to invalidate has this McDonald been left out of franchise? Anyways I received my chicken nuggets which taste like they’ve been on hold for at least an hour like they’ve been microwaved. Anyways the girl sounds like she hates her job should figure something else out

Dirty washrooms and everytime I show up to get just iced coffee, I wait at least 10-15 minutes, while almost nobody is inside. Sometimes they would serve other customers, who showed up after myself

I wouldn't even call this food. 2 cheeseburger that tasted like soggy socks and French fries that collapsed under its own weight...that's how soggy they were. Not only that was 14$!!!!! But waited 15min to get my food. Wow never doing that again. It's been a very long time since I ate McDs but that solidified my future about fast food from McDonald's. Yuk so nasty. It's not food at all. It's sad when you just want to grab a quick bite because you're so busy and this is what you get

Last night i thought to have a veggie wrap for my today’s lunch. Its like disgusting when i found hair in the wrap. I would like to suggest you please cover hairs properly while serving the food.

I have never been so disappointed with a McDonald’s. The location at King George in Surrey served me food that was clearly stale — and to make it worse, part of it smelled rotten. It’s shocking that this could even be served to a customer. The fries were cold and hard like they’d been sitting there for hours, and the burger bun was dry and stale. The patty itself had a strange, spoiled taste that made me feel sick after a couple of bites.
Food safety should be a priority, but clearly it’s not here. I would never recommend this location to anyone — save yourself the risk and go somewhere else. The staff there was really rude and looked down on us while we were waiting for the order.

Bad experience regarding drive pick up always took longer time to get order almost 20 mints waiting time on order screen . No one is available for take order . Please improve your service.
The fact that they're McDonald's, say it's 24 hours, it doesn't have hours for going into that restaurant for people that don't own vehicles. They just lock the doors and say, oh well, when it's only 10 o'clock at night when the restaurant says they're open 24 hours, great job

We have been ordering happy meals from this place on skip the dishes. Both the orange juice and apple juice were watered down every time we ordered! What is going on with this? Not very nice when your kids want a drink and I had to spill it down the drain! So disappointing!!!!
