I only go here for drive thru. Honestly seems like a pretty solid run location, props to the owners/management, they seem like they prioritize quality and consistency, never really had any problems with my orders and burgers are always pretty neatly made.

Disappointed i ordered a happy meal which turned into an unhappy meal the food was fine but the wait time was terrible. I waited 30 minutes before asking about my order they said they were making it they weren’t. 15 minutes later i asked again. They asked for the receipt but the printer on the order tablet wasn’t working. Finally got the happy meal after 48 minutes. I’m disappointed and that happy meal didn’t make me happy. I only have one more thing to say.

I’ve never left a review before but my experience at this McDonalds was the worst I have ever had and I would give 0 stars if I could. We had to repeat our order multiple times (while they were simultaneously rushing us) and even then they still managed to get it wrong and not include half the things we ordered. Normally if they forget 1 or 2 things I don’t mind it and let it slide but this was several things missing (even our straws) so we went back. An employee came and said “I’m the one that packed your order and I know I put everything in there” and she will check the cameras, basically saying that we were lying. I told her that she can check the cameras if she wants to and that we don’t mind paying for some items if they forgot to charge us for them but we want what we paid for. The whole time the staff was acting like we were a burden and giving major stank eye. It took us having to put the bag infront of their face and even then they were like no. Don’t come here if you value good customer service, your time, and your dignity.

Waiting for 20 mins for my mobile order (one happy meal and one grinch meal), during the time I have asked their staffs/manager for multiple times, unfortunately there is no one to answer you. No tray provided for dine in, no napkins, you have to even ask ketchup otherwise they won’t provide. The atmosphere was quite disappointed. Also, if you are looking for the latest toys, please try other place, most of the time they will give you the old ones.

Staff ignore customers completely and talk amongst themselves while acting like customers aren't standing right in front of them trying to get their attention. Once one finally manages to communicate with an employee, they are treated disdainfully by them, as if the customer is interrupting their day. The "service" is then slow and often the order is messed up, that's if you're lucky, and your order is not forgotten altogether. The restaurant is unsanitary with garbage overflowing from waste bins and sticky unclean tables. Seriously terrible McDonald's. Avoid if possible.

If you’re hoping for a smooth experience at this McDonald’s, think again. We asked for a simple adjustment on our burger—no pickles, because my girlfriend is allergic. But when we got our order, there they were, front and center. Turns out Harpreet, the manager, didn’t even bother to put a note on it.
When we brought it back, expecting an easy fix, she gave us the absolute worst attitude. And as if that wasn’t enough, she muttered under her breath something like, ‘McDonald’s isn’t a restaurant to cater to orders.’ Harpreet, we heard you, loud and clear. Apparently, going the extra inch to avoid an allergy mishap was just too much for her.
If you’re looking for food made with basic consideration, good luck finding it here—because with Harpreet managing, even the simplest request is an inconvenience.

If only I could give a negative rating, Harpreet would undoubtedly earn it. As a manager, you’d think she’d have a talent for handling customer issues, but apparently, her specialty lies in making people feel like they’re just plain wrong for needing help.
It’s almost impressive how she can make even the simplest request feel like you’re asking for the world. Need assistance? Prepare for an icy stare and a dismissive attitude that says, ‘Figure it out yourself.’ She seems to have skipped the chapters on empathy and respect in the management handbook, opting instead to master the art of condescension.
So, to Harpreet, thank you for setting a new standard in how not to treat customers. If there were an award for ‘Most Unhelpful Manager,’ it would have her name on it in big, bold letters.

This McDonalds is the worst McDonald’s I have ever eaten from. I placed a delivery order and I received cold and stale fries, and for some odd reason my large root beer that I had ordered came in a medium cup with 3 empty small cups inside of it. I have never received such awful service and delivery. The employees definitely don’t seem like they care about their job as they were extremely unprofessional. I will never ever me ordering from this horrible McDonald’s ever again.
