Staff at this outlet is so duffer that they never care the delivery drivers of uber, DoorDash platforms. They never bother delivery drivers waiting outside in cold weather to get their orders. They must mention if they can’t deliver the orders at the window made for drivers. So that a person can come from the drive thru.

I ordered an Egg McMuffin with no cheese or bacon, but I received it with both. I have severe allergies to bacon, so this could have been dangerous. The staff seemed distracted, talking to each other instead of focusing on the orders. Please ensure better attention to detail in the future. Look at the garbages as well as all are full .

I was all sorts of confused when one of the team members handed me my Big Arch & Dill Fries in one of the Happy Meal boxes; and tickled but equally surprised by the pair of socks included in it. Then I realized one of your team members must have seen me looking at the new Christmas design of the kids' boxes and thought maybe I would like one. Well, I have especially large pizza feet and was able to pass on the socks to a lady who was in at the same time as I was, who needed them more - But, I wanted you to know this made my day! Plus, it helped me make someone else's. You're a great team. Keep up the good work!

I called to the store to ask something a lady recieved my call she was not having a sense to talk to a customer i was in the mid of the talk I was asking she said ok bye and she cut the call and then I call again and ask her to give her name and said that I will talk to your manager and give her reference at the moment she said I don’t care bye and again she cut the call so I don’t really recommend anyone to visit their store as their staff don’t have sense to talk or deal with a customer. Very bad I am very disappointed

They desperately need cleaners & janitorial staff!! Do not use the washrooms unless you have boots & your own paper .. never returning ever!

I got a cookie that was absolutely nasty they didn't clean the floors or the tables and did not take out the trash they had flies in the restaurant because they don't clean up
