worst customer service ever I asked for spicy Mac veggie with extra sauce even I pay for the extra sauce as well, but I didn’t get any extra sauce on the sandwich. When I ask the employee that I said to put extra sauce and they were like you can give us reviews we don’t care about anything like Seriously???

I visited this location around 1 PM last Sunday (November 23rd, 2025) to redeem several recently completed Monopoly game pieces (valid until December 1). Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee assisting me seemed unsure of the redemption process and attempted multiple times without success. Even after briefly checking with a manager, she still did not know how to process it.

What was most troubling, however, was that she suddenly claimed the redemption period had “already ended”—a statement that was obviously untrue. Instead of acknowledging the confusion or following the proper procedure, she chose to cover up her lack of knowledge with an excuse that felt like a blatant lie. This kind of response is disrespectful to customers and completely unacceptable.

We left the store and went to another location, where all of our game pieces were redeemed without any issue.

This experience clearly shows a lack of proper employee training, but more importantly, the behavior of the staff member—choosing dishonesty over simply admitting uncertainty—was very disappointing. I hope management addresses both the training gaps and the unacceptable conduct displayed during this visit.

Messed up my order I asked for a happy meal didn’t get I told her I said happy meal and she said the most I can give is a toy. I asked her if the habenaro sauce is in the bag she said yes and it wasn’t. Gave me a vanilla milkshake at first. Lastly I asked for a habenaro mc chicken and got a regular one, I would have order that if that is what I wanted.

We ordered a Coke medium size at 12:02 AM from drive-through for $3.01 when we went back for a refill the employee denied us. He later called the manager who was an indian female. She told us we do not do refills from drive-through. I told her the entry door was closed so I want a refill. How will it work? She told me she can’t help. But why would charge the same amount as a refillable cup then?

No employee at this location was using gloves 🤢 not even the guy making sandwiches! No health standards being followed.
Also tables and floors stink a lot. Dirty clothes are being used to wipe.
Owners and company don’t seem to care.

Subject: Concern Regarding Denial of Employee Discount and Poor Treatment

Dear Management,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced recently. As an employee of McDonald’s, I am entitled to an employee discount. However, when I visited the restaurant, I was told that I could not receive the discount through the drive-thru. I informed the staff that I was willing to come inside, but the doors were locked at the time.

Even after explaining this, I did not receive any proper response and was spoken to in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. As an employee, I expect to be treated fairly and respectfully, just like any customer or staff member.

I request that this matter be looked into and that clear communication and proper training be given to ensure employees are treated respectfully and the discount policy is followed correctly.

Terrible service. Every order I've ever made here I've had to pull around and wait. For the prices they charge nowadays I expect my fast food FAST and CORRECT. ALWAYS a mistake. And when you do have to wait. They give the fresh food to people in line behind you. Hate this place. Do us a favour and close down.
