I don't know why I even stopped here, I guess I had hoped maybe something would be different but here I am again eating a mcdouble and I get a big thick dark hair in the middle of my burger. This is the last time. Its sad going in there waiting for something, with zero care for customer service, no one ever paying attention to the til, they just force the kiosk on everyone, which is essentially why the service is so bad everything is relying on thay kiosk. If you went in and unplugged everyone of them this place would fall apart and feel lost without it.

omfg i orders 2 poutines and one junior at 4:28, guess when i get em 4:52. and place wasn't busy at all and they are all just walking around ur not gnna believe i know all of thier names cuz i stood there for 30 mins all i did was hear them talk that one girl Gagan idk if she manager or not just kick her. place can get way better. thing that drove me crazy after all that waiting and i was in hurry got to my place checked they nvr gave me junior chicken something obv paid for......... mcd its jst dissappointing

Ordered a sundae fudge with extra fudge and this is what i got. When i asked them about the extra fudge they said they put it and if i wanted more i would have to pay more. So stupid and frustrating other McDonalds are much better

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. My order was never completed, and the delivery driver did not make any effort to assist me or resolve the issue. I was left without any clear communication or support, which is completely unacceptable.
This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and far below the level of service I expect. I hope this is addressed immediately so other customers don’t go through the same situation.

We ordered two Oreo McFlurries today at around 10:57pm, and one of them was literally half empty. When we pointed out the difference, the staff didn’t try to fix the issue — instead, they started explaining their mistake as if that made it acceptable. Would have shared the pics I have but The picture doesn’t even show how empty it actually was.
On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor. The first employee who handed us the order called over a girl from the drive-thru after trying to explain their mistake. When the drive-thru girl came, she handled the situation very poorly and with a rude attitude. I even overheard them talking among themselves saying things like, “Okay, I’m not gonna pass it to her now, you go pass it,” which is completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
What made the experience even worse was that instead of acknowledging the issue or offering an apology, they made it feel like we were the inconvenience. There was no effort to correct the order, no accountability, and no basic customer service standards being followed. this was extremely disappointing. And yes while waiting for my order to be fixed I saw the lady who was making sandwich she was just handling burgers with bare hands I mean that’s common sense to use that we can’t touch it without wearing gloves , we can’t make food.
This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at this location, and it really needs to be addressed.

Ordered a junior chicken burger and it was raw. When I say raw, it was nasty, slimy, and cold. The pictures even make me want to vomit. Never go here!!! This place is an actual health violation and hazard.

I really like this location. Been going here for 3 years and the food has always been fresh, never burned. Service is kind and consistent. They havent messed up any orders and have always followed spec instructions.
Hopefully I dont jinx it but the location is convenient and it seems management is consistent and committed to quality.
