Worst service ever at 84 qnd 120th! The staff laughed at us and didn’t even give us the food we paid for. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location. Beware if you’re planning to visit—they might treat you the same way!

Useless staff, we had to go back three times to fix our drinks which were half full, flat and no ice. They never got it right and we finally gave up and threw the drinks out.
Food was great and very friendly service . Would come here again and recommend others too!!

I was there to pickup my food for delivery but its been 25 min and they still looks busy to cleaning the floor. It looks like they are having some sort of flood over there. God knows🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

McDONALDS 86 &scottroad is definitely the WORST BRANCH YET., 👎 👎 👎
Heres the BREAKDOWN:
-got us parked to complete order
60 dollar family dinner,, so ok well wait for FRESH. Order tender n process 7:28pm
-10 minutes of wait n it gets worst:
Gave us the order, INCOMPLETE
missing many things: nuggets,drinks,promotion orders.,
-3 returns to complete the order BUT another screw up., so we had to turn the vehicle n confront the person in charge.,
- this is the fun,,, this particular “manager” was feeling victimized by her staff,, n victimized by our profanities., smh.,
-instead of dealing with customer satisfaction,, she went on educating us wuts going inside her management,,
WOW.,,
-then when we say we calling the head office, she backed down, offer us GC or a refund just so we dont go upstairs n file a complaint on her., NOPE,, its ON.,
We asked for the condiments they stingy ly provide n left., the manager btw wasnt wearing her nametag but she says her name was BALPREET? something like that

Terrible breakfast wrap. This is the second and final time i give McDonalds breakfast a try. They were out of hash browns and gave me fries which were stale instead. The wrap was not good at all

I recently interacted with a employee representative named Sukhraj, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Sukhraj was unhelpful, seemed disinterested in resolving my issue, and displayed an overall lack of professionalism. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the interaction left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
Details of the Interaction:
While I understand that challenges can occur, I expect a higher level of service and respect from customer service representatives. This interaction did not meet those standards.
Action Request: I urge the company to review this situation and take appropriate action, whether it be further training or a conversation with Sukhraj regarding professionalism and customer service standards. Additionally, I would appreciate it if my issue could be escalated or addressed by another representative to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
No coffee in the morning and instead of having hashbrowns they offered me French fries

Drive thru incredible slow. 25 min for a meal with 3 cars ahead
Waited over 35 mins for my order. When I went to the counter, they had my order sitting but they just forgot to serve it. This is because they cleared my order from the waiting screen before it was actually ready. They care more about their wait time ranking more than their actual customer care.
When I finally got my order it was cold, fries were soggy and unsalted. No care was put into the food or service. This is not my first time experiencing this at this specific location.
McDonald's needs to fix their order screen system as employees don't use it for its actual purpose, which is for customers to see how far down their order is.

Really bad service today. I pre ordered for pick up Went through drive thru and got end up getting parked (no big deal it happens) I ended up getting the wrong order and I didn’t realize until I got home that I got the wrong order. I called them to tell them what happened. The told me I could come back and give them the food back and they will get the right order for me (I’m already home with my really hungry kids and did not feel like going back out again.) they said I can just have the food they gave me and it’s more food then what I order but The food was cold, the fires were really gross. I was not impressed with them.
