Staff is behaving rude with everyone. I was just picking my doordash order and there was a lady, she also waiting there for her order. Staff didn't even listen anyone. According to me staff should be changed. _ Thanks _

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order tonight at McDonald on 120 and 85 ave . I specifically ordered a McVeggie burger, but it was packed with a chicken patty instead. This isn’t just a small mistake—it’s a serious issue, especially for customers who are vegetarian or avoid meat for dietary restrictions related to allergies.
The quality control clearly needs improvement. Getting the wrong patty defeats the whole purpose of choosing a veg option. I hope the staff pays more attention to orders in the future to avoid such unacceptable errors. To add this the second time they could not deliver the order correctly.

Take out Order 1x sausage McMuffin 1x sausage mcgriddle. Get home. See 2x McMuffin Go back to explain to the same manager who gave me the food. Fix with a hot mcgriddle. Get back home and there's no sausage in the mcgriddle. Went back the manager was at the till and I just slap it on the counter and walk off. I get the 1st time. But twice.
Update Nov 29... Weekday guys no problem but weekend OMG. Mcgriddles turned into bacon egg mcgriddles. Had them change it. Comes back with cheese. Manager person says it comes with cheese. Check again lady. I offer to show her the menu kiosk and she refused.

ordered three junior chickens and a 6 nugget meal, only got the junior chickens, fries and coke. called and complained because i paid for my stuff, called, got put on hold and i never heard back so thats that, i guess 🤷♀️

Went there for a late night snack as they are supposed to be open 24X7, the lady at the drive through said the grill was shut down for cleaning, went there again a few days later and same story, either I have the worst timing that I reach there just in time for grill cleaning, or the night shift guys just shutdown the grill so they dont have to work, I mean just shut down the restaurant if you dont want to serve food after hours

Just bad service of girl working at drive thru. I just recently placed an order. Firstly, they gave me wrong order, i went back, the girl who was taking orders on drive thru was such a rude and i think has lack of manners. She had such a bad attitude. You should respect when customers treat you nicely even after having this behaviour. People come to have their food after long day please respect that.

I recently visited this mcd’s location and was totally impressed. The service was super fast and the staff was really friendly. My order was accurate, and the food was fresh. The fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was well-made. Overall, a great experience! Must visit.
