Very decent place to stop by and grab a bite after shopping but sometime I skipped it because you are not allowed to bring your groceries cart into McDonald's dining area.

Mehak is hands down the best McDonald’s employee me and my friend went on Thursday 28 Wednesday 27 past 9. She’s so sweet and really warms up the place. She’s also very efficient and I can see that she puts a lot of effort.

The Asian guy serving really needs to learn customer service and handle food , just throws the tray at your face

Worst service ever, ordered on the kiosk and selected take out, the worker spoke rudely with the customer before me and when I got my order, it was in a tray for eat-in. I mentioned it's to go and she told me there's a charge for the bag and I said I'm okay to pay and then she told me to just stand in the line....after 10 mins of waiting in the line while the food got cold, I get to pay 25 cents for the bag.
After all that I find out that my bestie meal was supposed to come with bracelets and they forgot to give me any. I wish I could give 0 stars to this

This morning 11/11 the young asian girl refused to sell me the McDonald's toy itself after I've waited in line. I've told her I've done so before there and there was no issue. I've bought just the toys at other locations no problem, she said I can only get it if I bought the happy meal. Also their hashbrowns always tasted bad compared to other locations which is strange. I think she's just a liar and making up her own rules. Management should train their staffs better. I would just go to the ones outside the mall, you get better services and food.

Ordered one single happy meal with apple slices and it took them 20 mins to get it ready for me. Then I was told there is no apple slices so they put fries. I rarely go to Walmart Guildford branch, but I have to wait for so long every single time. When will this branch improve?

Their foods here are very greasy like literally. I thought the fries we bought had pepper on it because it had black spots but when we tasted it we realized that it was grease. The chicken burger we bought doesn’t look like a chicken burger at all the chicken looked burnt and not golden brown and we didn’t get to take a of it because we thought it was beef and when we asked to change it the manager was rude because she said it would be the same. How unclean, I understand that it’s fast food but our food also had some hair on it. You guys should really improve your service and cleaning skills.

The worst McDonald's ever.
I've been here a few times and always regretted coming here. It's better to be hungry.
Guys, do you know that the oil in the deep fryer needs to be changed sometimes? The stench, the horror. I asked to redo the potatoes, because they were inedible (they stank of old oil + there was a lot of oil in them, it was just dripping off the potatoes)
The manager was surprised by my request and sincerely did not understand what was wrong. I feel sorry for this man.
The other potatoes were exactly the same. Trash.
Also in the order there were two burgers. One was made incorrectly with a RAW patty, the second with a BURNED patty.
It would seem that there are managers who should resolve such situations and train personnel. But not here. Here, managers simply press the "order issued" button as quickly as possible to increase the average order issuance time.
This place - is a dump. I feel very sorry for the people who work here and those who come here and think that everything is ok.
It's a pity that ratings and reviews don't help here, no one cares about anything.
At least no one washes their feet in drinks (probably).
Basically, there is nothing more to expect here.

Terrible people dont come hete ever they smell like poop

It's fine It's just McDonald's but they clock in your order in advance to respect their required time and that leave you guessing when you will be served.

Oh dear lord, my fries had no salt and very cold and soggy. I ordered a spicy mccrispy and it barely had any sauce.. they werent smart enough to include any napkins in my bag. Like.... why bother coming here? extremely low quality mcdonalds with lazy service
