My sandwich was made incorrectly — I paid extra to add egg to my Chicken McMuffin, but there was no egg included. I also requested no cheese, yet the sandwich came with cheese.

What’s more frustrating is that when I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, no one answered the phone.

Just had regular fries. Cooked in the most blackest oil and the after taste was horrible.

These guys gave me a damn beef patty in a veggie burger box. I ate a bite and was so shocked to find out it was beef. OMG such low standard.

This morning, about 10 AM went to. McDonald's Guilford town center, Walmart. Order a coffee Look around Pop machine, very sticky garbage, overfield floor very dirty table, very, very dirty and never been clean for a while. This is at 10 AM.

I went in after shopping at Walmart to ask for an ice water. The young girl tried to charge me 40 cents! I know it’s an unusual request but every McDonald’s I’ve been to give you ice water for free. I explained to her that everywhere else is free but she stuck to her guns. I walked out in disgust and drove to the McDonald’s on 104 ave and guess what? They gave me a large ice water for free. Terrible service at that Walmart McDonald’s

Absolutely disgusted with how the manager treated me today. I simply asked if I could exchange the Happy Meal toy for another one that my daughter is collecting something I’ve done at other McDonald’s locations without any problem.
Instead of responding politely, the manager was unethical and unprofessional, with disgusting body language. She snapped, saying “we don’t exchange toys here,” in an aggressive and dismissive tone. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of behavior over such a simple and reasonable request.
Managers are supposed to lead by example, but her conduct was completely unacceptable. McDonald’s needs to take a serious look at who they’re putting in charge if this is how customers, especially parents with children are being treated.

I just had one of the worst experiences I have had in a McDonald’s anywhere in my entire life. My young daughter ordered through the quick order screen and forgot to get a bag. The line up was huge and I asked if I could just have a bag because the line was going very slow and our food would be cold by the time we waited in line. I work in management and I’m trained in ethical decision making and communication. The person I ended up dealing with was of all people the manager. I was appalled with the dreadful body language and unprofessional tone and language used towards me. I understand it is very hard to get anywhere with McDonald’s when it comes to complaints. This manager is setting a toxic culture where there are younger employees and not holding the standards for someone in this position. I’ve been here many, many times. This was my last.

I ordered mc veg burger 2 and fry and a drink, they made the food so poorly, with sticky hand , the old lady was so rude with high level of attitude she didn’t wash her hand after tucks her t shirt in pants and she start making food that was so disgusting after eating the food me and my husband got sick please don’t buy any food items from there

The fries here are seriously the most disgusting. The potatoes are refried or probably from yesterday reheated and they're ALWAYS brown lol. The kids who work here are very polite but NEVER BUY FRIED or Nuggets here. Just burgers which are fine

The south Asian lady (short but slightly grey hair) charged me $19 for 10-piece meal. When I got home, I noticed she charged me for a $4 keychain that I never asked for. She’s probably scamming every customer there.

Worst McDonald’s in Surrey. Dirty tables, and unfriendly crews. The fries and nuggets are always overcooked. I have stopped buying food from this restaurant for a long time only getting coffee.
