I am extremely disappointed and outright shocked by the level of disrespect at this McDonald’s. I specifically asked for fresh food, and they still gave me old, stale, completely cold food as if customers don’t matter at all. When I called the store to complain, they didn’t even bother to listen — they hung up the phone on me. This is absolutely ridiculous and shows zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero respect for customers. I’m done with this place, and I strongly warn others to stay away. This location clearly does not care about quality or customer service.
The staff at this location behave as if they have no training, no manners, and no interest in serving customers. Their attitude is downright rude and disrespectful. It feels like they don’t care about the job at all — they throw cold, low-quality food at customers and act irritated when someone asks for proper service. Instead of doing their work responsibly, they bring their personal anger from home and dump it on customers. This level of unprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable and shows a total failure in management and staff discipline.

Didn’t have a working drink machine and wouldnt refund us only offered more flat and watery drinks.. All our orders were wrong or missing sauce.. very chaotic place.. play place was really dirty and poorly lit. Bathroom was disgusting.

Taking orders online but staff has some upgrading on app in progress ! Not even giving icecream even after order was already placed online and assuring refund. They could easily process it after upgrading the system but all req was denied. Lol lossin ur own business ! If the owner of the store is reading this ...I feel bad for u!
They're ice cream machine never works. Last 5 times I've been ( in maybe 7 or 8 months) I couldn't order a mcflurry. Just goes to show how cheap they are

This McDonald’s needs to open its lobby and have more people working overnight. No word of a lie 30 cars lined up at the drive thru at 2am and slowest service I’ve ever seen in my life. Clearly this location is busier at night so should have appropriate management and staffing.

Don't send your cleaners to deliver orders at curb she doesn't even know how to hold a cup of coffe . Was walking while spilling my coffe covered whole cup with coffe at-least train people properly. Thanks for ruining the mood
