This message is for head office. This location does not follow standard operating procedures of McDonald's, in specific on skip orders. What they do at this location is on ALL orders, including walk-up customers orders, is to print a paper ticket and then clear the board even though the order is not ready and work off of Paper Tickets. They do this to hide their performance from head office and I have seen plenty of total meltdowns of those Paper Tickets getting lost misplaced and not done in the order it comes in. Skip and McDonald's computer talk to each other now because McDonald's does not want to pay wait time on the drivers and they don't know where the problem is. Because they clear the board they are telling the skip computer it is ready when it is not. Other McDonald's do not do this. Then they tried to give me a story how drivers don't show up for a half hour and my response to that is they are talking about Uber and doordash not skip where they don't have problems getting drivers to do stuff like the other two. And the reason why Uber and doordash drivers don't accept that location is because they take too long and nobody wants to service this location. On skip we don't have a choice if we want to keep our performance data up. This place needs serious scrutinizing from head office.

In this location, crews and manager's don’t even know how to talk to a customer. Today, I ordered fresh fries and after taking my order, one manager and a crew were doing a conversation that “if the fries are up 2.3 mints before, those are fresh, and one girl said they are stupid and want fries directly from oil.” And then both started laughing. This is too inappropriate.

I ordered a Triple Pickle Burger and received 4 pickles, meaning for a regular burger they hand out 1 and a third pickles. 😭

Also while I was there, I noticed multiple uncleaned stains and flies.

I had 6,000 points to redeem for a free large fries. When I scanned my app to use the points they said it didn’t work but my points were gone. The cashier that was helping me called the manager. The manager said “just wait and your points will come back” and then she called up the next guest to take their order. They were very flippant and dismissive. My points never came back like she said they would.

When you have customers having to wait for something in the fryer please make sure the food is cooked and not handing out raw half cooked fries

The staff here are rude. I was waiting for my order and when I approached and ask the staff how long its gonna take for me to get my order, because other ppl who came later than I do they got their order already and they just gave me a bad face and walk away, and when they handed me the order they basically just throw it on the counter.

Unbelievably small portion sizes on fries and McFlurry. I was given a small McFlurry that, when compared to my friend who ordered the snack size, were identical. I went back and brought this up to the worker and they said that was how it was supposed to be.

Ordered large fries, girl gave me half full and when i asked are these large she responded that we suppose to fill like that, this was pretty rude and we did not order first time.

Ordered large but still get medium size, i should have ordered small or medium instead.
