In this location, crews and manager's don’t even know how to talk to a customer. Today, I ordered fresh fries and after taking my order, one manager and a crew were doing a conversation that “if the fries are up 2.3 mints before, those are fresh, and one girl said they are stupid and want fries directly from oil.” And then both started laughing. This is too inappropriate.

I ordered a Triple Pickle Burger and received 4 pickles, meaning for a regular burger they hand out 1 and a third pickles. 😭
Also while I was there, I noticed multiple uncleaned stains and flies.

I had 6,000 points to redeem for a free large fries. When I scanned my app to use the points they said it didn’t work but my points were gone. The cashier that was helping me called the manager. The manager said “just wait and your points will come back” and then she called up the next guest to take their order. They were very flippant and dismissive. My points never came back like she said they would.

I was waiting for my order and when I approached and ask the staff how long its gonna take for me to get my order, because other ppl who came later than I do they got their order already and they just gave me a bad face and walk away, and when they handed me the order they basically just throw it on the counter.

Unbelievably small portion sizes on fries and McFlurry. I was given a small McFlurry that, when compared to my friend who ordered the snack size, were identical. I went back and brought this up to the worker and they said that was how it was supposed to be.

I literally just got home with my drivethru order. 4 burritos -NO SALSA Egg McMuffin -COLD Sausage McMuffin with egg -NO EGG Apple juice - NO STRAW No napkins in the bag. BRUTAL
Ordered large fries, girl gave me half full and when i asked are these large she responded that we suppose to fill like that, this was pretty rude and we did not order first time.
Ordered large but still get medium size, i should have ordered small or medium instead.
