Worst customer service ever the girl working there was so rude to me and did not even gave me my food properly

This location is always slow with burnt pies and old cold coffee but today I watched staff putting burgers together with bare hands (no gloves). Grabbing lettuce, pickle, cheese etc with their fingers and it reinforces why I only eat fries at this location - no hands touch them. They may not have to wear gloves but it’s just gross knowing your burger is definitely handled by many fingers.

Every time I order from McDonald’s, whether it’s for pickup or delivery, I always end up missing items from my order. This happens consistently, no matter the location or method of ordering. I always check my order carefully, but it’s clear that the store is not paying attention to detail. This issue has become very frustrating, and I hope it gets addressed soon. Please start double-checking orders before handing them over.

I paid for the big mac david double big mac. However, I got only a big mac. I was far to go back to complain. Basically, Macdonald at this location stole my money. Also, I don't know if they do training for hygiene. Are they okay to make burger with bare hand? I really hope they wash their hands properly. In addition, I see the staffs have a lot to say in their own language.

Why post the new Sonic toys on display when they are just trying to unload old merchandize. Turning a family restaurant happy meals into sad face meals for the kids. Highly do not recommend.

Shift supervisor Harjot B is so rude with the customer. She don’t know how to Greet the customer. Took at least 15 minutes to make a simple coffee order and later on she start arguing with me.
Expired sauces given, coke machine is not maintained maximum of the time.Also the chicken patty tastes like frozen or partially cooked. Received salty fries with green edges. Faced a lot of health issues last month. I stopped eating it and then observed my health improve. Staff is arrogant.

This is so stupid!! I’m collecting monopoly stamps for a friend of mine so I’m ordering a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast meal bc each product has two monopoly stamps. Total $6.78 but requested to please do not add the egg. That’s it I’m ordering this meal not a sausage and cheese meal where this sandwich does not have monopoly stamps. If a customer ask to pay for a certain meal do not change it where they wasted time and money to go somewhere to collect stamps. My brain cannot handle stupid arguments over a shitty food products. If I wanted to have such a stupid argument I would have just went to Tim Hortons If I wanted to only get four stamps I would have just ordered hash browns and a coffee for $3 saving $3 . You ppl are stupider than I gave credit for. *Remember for next time * If customers order something and asked for substitute just place the order the way the customer asked you to place it not the way you decide to place it. Waste of time and money, I don’t even eat McDonald’s only came to collect these stamps for a friend. No need for colon disease from fast food restaurants especially the over kill on sugar in the coffee when asked for sweetner if the first place so I am not sure why you putting real sugar in it!! Some ppl can have diabetes you know!!

Workers gossiped about something for 16 minutes straight. Awful service and takes too long. At least attempt to beat that one McDonald’s who got my order done in 16 seconds ?♂️ This happened a few months ago, never felt the need to make a review until now, for some reason.
