they gave me a meager portion fries, the med cup wasn't full. and when i asked for a refill the manager spoke in an extremely condescending way, laughed and said mcdonals doesn't refill fries.also the employees ignored me until i yelled to get their attention and then then were rude.the staff literally dislike every customer that walks through their door. and they clear the orders early from the screen so that head office doesnt know about their 15 minutes wait times where you have to eventually demand your forgotten order.i ordered dine in they gave me take out.

Place was a mess , no clean tables yet they had plenty of staff chatting away in the back. Service was even worst. Mistakes were made but when you try to get it fix, they have an attitude. Asked for extra napkins after buying $60 worth of breakfast gave me 4 pieces of napkins, I asked for more as we had a big order and had to clean tables, yet more attitude. I am ok with staff making mistakes or following how they are trained but when you try to ask to fix the mistake or ask for more napkins that makes sense to the quantity of your order, don't have an atritude about it. Half of the napkins was used to clean the dirty tables in the 1st place as not 1 single table was clean but yet lots of empty tables avaialble.

Dear mcdonalds Canada,Your Chicks are yapping in the back loudly, getting simple coffee will cost you over 15 minutes 5 am in the morning with 3 cars ahead in drive thru yet you call yourself fast food. Why don't you guys have yapping sessions booked for your employees at a certain time so they can let it all out??C'mon you can do better. We choose to give you our business don't make us regret it please.

Garbage all around, absolutely no redemming qualities. Prices are garbage for the quality you get. You'll spend 20$ on a meal and it'll be a cold mess. They also lie in their advertisements, 24/7 means 24 hours 7 days a week. If they have to close for an hour+ because of system reboots then by definition they do not operate 24/7. Just a garbage institution all around.
