Hi, I hate to say this because McDonald’s is usually great, but I had a disappointing experience today. There were no napkins, no ketchup, and I didn’t even get a fork for the poutine—I had to ask for everything. I’ve also noticed that the service has slowed down lately. You now have to line up for your food instead of using the bins for quicker service. Unfortunately, it just didn’t feel like the fast service McDonald’s is known for.

Typically, McDonald’s is known for its efficiency, especially with their well-established drive-thru system that ensures smooth order-taking, payment, and food delivery. However, at this particular location, the usual streamlined process seems to break down entirely.
During my visit, I encountered multiple issues. First, I placed my order through the voice system at the ordering station. Yet, at the payment window, my order was taken again as if it hadn’t been recorded. Then, upon reaching the pickup window, the staff appeared unsure about my order and only started preparing it after confirming with me again.
This lack of coordination significantly increased the wait time, making the entire experience frustrating and inefficient. It’s unclear where the breakdown in the process occurred, but it’s evident that better training or system checks are needed to ensure smoother operations.

Horrible service the manager Jazz was so rude. After she got my order wrong two times. I highly recommend taking the extra 4 min drive to the mcdonald's on 104.

I ordered breakfast burritos through skip. I order from this restaurant because for some reason they are slightly cheaper than the others and the food USUALLY comes hot. The burritos were not only cold, but one actually smelled sour, the tortilla wrapper was hard as a rock and when I opened it , it looked like it had been sitting out for a day. The egg was hard, sausage looked anything but fresh. Very bad form Guildford McDonald's.

No cold beverage and even if there is, it is not drinkable( tasted water with flavor). They don't inform you that the meal is not complete until you get it. They just assume that you would not complain. Floors and tables are dirty and sticky. The same situation with Guilford mall branch.

I was refused service at this establishment because mismanagement erroneously categorize me as homeless. Since the store has adopted a no service policy with the homeless they refused me service. This is why I gave them a little rating which stars only three out of a possible five

The burger I ordered didn’t have Mayo, and was cold; the fries were also cold and very lightly salted. For a slow time I’m disappointed in the quality and warmth

3 days in a row, I simply ordered 3 sausage bacon breakfast wraps with no mayo, every time I either get the wrong wrap or extra freaking mayo, never been right once in the last 3 days, and I tell them at the intercom to make sure my order is right.

I received a reheated apple pie that is past the "best by" time by a bit over 3 hours. I have never been so disappointed in a McDonald's apple pie until today. I bit into it and all the apple innards were all dried out. I have gotten mistakes here and there at this location, but usually the apple pie is hard to mess up so it's consistently good, or so I thought. We've gotten a wrong order sent to us for delivery before, and the last thing I recall that was disappointing is having burgers that did not have the buns toasted which was the first I've experienced from a McDonald's. Somehow, this location proves time and time again how they can prove me wrong when I think "it can't get worse than this, right?" They do not care about the customers here or the quality that they provide. There was a manager that seemed to want to change things for the better a few years ago, but I don't see them anymore, and the changed management and management that remains seems to be too caught up hitting order quota numbers to care about anything else. Yes, we see when you take down the "serving now" number quickly when you haven't served the customers yet and they're waiting there for a good 5-10 minutes. This entire location is a failure from top to bottom and I would advise no one go here, in order to send a message about how pathetic it is as a business.

Worst experience i ever had the whole staff was making food without gloves the guy was touching and rubbing the bun no pops in machine no cleaning on bench i came with my family and we all was feeling very bad for choosing this

Had a great experience with Benita, customer service at the drive through. She's been there for 35 +years! Good on her for maintaining excellent customer relations all these years! Macdonalds should give her a Rolex for staying this long and being loyal!
