I ordered large fries and it's not even full of pack, only half of pack. And the fries are very soft. I feel like i'm having leftover :((( This is not a first time. This store always wrong something. I want all the workers to be focus on their job.

The worst fast food location ever.
This location is an absolute mess. The staff clearly do not care about their jobs or the customers. Orders take forever even when the place isn’t busy, and when you finally get your food, something always old, missing, or cold.
Customer service is terrible no urgency, no apologies, no accountability. You feel like you’re inconveniencing them by simply ordering food. Basic things like accuracy and speed, which McDonald’s is supposed to be known for, are completely absent here.
If you value your time or your money, avoid this location. Slow service, missing items, and staff who couldn’t care less make this place a complete disappointment.

I ordered a hotcake meal with sausage earlier today, but when I got home and opened the bag, there were only two hotcakes inside and the sausage was completely missing. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Accuracy matters, especially in fast food where customers are paying for complete meals and often don’t have time to come back. This isn’t even the first time this has happened, which makes it even more unacceptable. Please do better and take order accuracy seriously.

Drive through at 1pm. Speaker phone or receiver was faulty, a bit more difficult. Paid 13 +.55 for wrap combo and sauce. The food is hot enough so probably fresh ish. Nothing to write home about except high price and the fact they didn't put ketchup.
Dec 14, 2025 - Around 1pm a young lady wearing a cloth around her head served our family by the drive through. The ineptitude and rude attitude of this lady warrants a very low, dissatisfied review.
The order consists of only 2 coffees but there was a mistake so we were asked to wait by parking #1. She then came out with 1 coffee and when we told her our order had 2 coffees, she gave us rude remark.
A disrespectful, unpleasant experience for a simple coffee order. As she is still young, I hope this message reaches her for her to self reflect. I wish her blessings on developing a beautiful character. Mistakes happen, but remember to carry oneself in a kind, dignified manner. Good luck -

I came to this McDonald’s; I ordered a McDonald meal. And there was so much salt on my patties that it was NOT edible at all. I had to throw it out; it was the most disgusting hamburger I had ever had. I will not be coming back to this location again.
