We ordered kid's meal.. yogurt that comes with it had Dec 8, 2024 expired date.. today is Dec 29, 2024. Phoned the restaurant, explained to the manager, and informed her that I will put picture here as I am not sure when will be the next time we be returning. She was understanding.

Nov 25/24 around 3:10pm In short: lady taking orders couldn’t take my order right despite repeating order 3 times. Order wasn’t what I ordered (original order chicken junior value meal instead she charge me for each item separately minus the fries!!!) when I noticed and voiced my concerns at window, guy at window had no manners nor respect to a customer with a wrong order. This McDonald’s seems to be serving cattle in a conveyor belt. Lesson: eat at home!

I wish i can give 0 stars. This is one of the WORST McDonald in surrey, I drove by this location and picked up my dinner and they mess up second time. I ordered sweet chili grilled wrap and they gave me crispy one. And I asked for extra sweet n sour sauce for my chicken nuggets and the lady wanted more money for one more sauce, she argued with me for few minutes but didn't wanna give me extra sauce. Never going here again if I have to drive 45 mns I will but never this location again

I’m absolutely furious with this McDonald’s. I ordered a Big Arc with bacon, and these geniuses couldn’t even manage to include the BACON. After waiting and complaining, they bring me ice-cold bacon—literally freezing. Do they think this is acceptable? Are they incapable of serving food that’s actually edible? I didn’t even bother sending it back again because at that point, what’s the use? The fact that they messed up something as basic as putting bacon in a burger is beyond ridiculous. This location is a complete joke, and I’ll never waste my money here again.

the staff was very rude i guess the member was ANKITA according to her name tag . She doesn’t know how to speak with customers and was murmuring after the window was shut.I always used to have food from here But will never come back again. It was the worst experience ever 😡😡😡🤯

When you order via drive thru you will get dried out burgers that have been sitting out for whole day. Laziness, I get that it's meant to be fast food but design of the process of making fresh burgers is meant to be fast not store some burgers for later and wait until they get ordered. Who wants to pay 15 bucks for a dried out burger. This shows poor management.
