I recently visited this area McDonald’s and was thoroughly impressed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. The staff were courteous, attentive, and efficient, making the experience very pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that the team takes pride in delivering quality service, and I truly appreciated it. Special thanks to SIMRAN for making the visit even more enjoyable. A delightful visit that I will gladly repeat.

They deal not good as iam mcd employee. I saw shift leader behaviour was not good and they’re treated very rude and they didn’t take care of my order. I was repeat my order 3-4time to make correct as i checked i got sandwiches and medium fries like this which posted by me.

Extremely bad customer service , came from work hungry thought to buy McDonald’s . I ordered 2 pack of 6 piece chicken nuggets , they handed me one pack . I checked the receipt that paid for two packs . Drive through people are not fully trained they are not attentive while taking the order . I also ordered chicken snack wrap they were worse didn’t feel like eating , it also had a piece of tiny glass in it .

I ordered spicy mc veggie but I don’t know where the spice is??? I mean atleast put the exact quantity of sauce, there’s barely any sauce. feel like i am just eating things separately.

I never thought I'd have such a great experience at a McDonald's drive thru, but the guy who helped us had the most out of this world delightful customer service, that it made both of us grin! Where can I hire someone like that for our work?!

We ordered kid's meal.. yogurt that comes with it had Dec 8, 2024 expired date.. today is Dec 29, 2024. Phoned the restaurant, explained to the manager, and informed her that I will put picture here as I am not sure when will be the next time we be returning. She was understanding.

Arrived and the doors were locked with customers inside. Took a long time to get someone's attention while they ignored the phone. I've had two people ask if I've ordered (which I did online) and then walk away without actually attending to it.
Nov 25/24 around 3:10pm In short: lady taking orders couldn’t take my order right despite repeating order 3 times. Order wasn’t what I ordered (original order chicken junior value meal instead she charge me for each item separately minus the fries!!!) when I noticed and voiced my concerns at window, guy at window had no manners nor respect to a customer with a wrong order. This McDonald’s seems to be serving cattle in a conveyor belt. Lesson: eat at home!

I wish i can give 0 stars. This is one of the WORST McDonald in surrey, I drove by this location and picked up my dinner and they mess up second time. I ordered sweet chili grilled wrap and they gave me crispy one. And I asked for extra sweet n sour sauce for my chicken nuggets and the lady wanted more money for one more sauce, she argued with me for few minutes but didn't wanna give me extra sauce. Never going here again if I have to drive 45 mns I will but never this location again
