This McDonalds used to have the best customer service. Now one of worst. Needs major customer service training. Worse the food was cold. Will go to others. The Newton location always good service and friendly staff.

Ordered a cheese burger had a bunch of black dots on it probably from the grill but come on you look at it before you pack it and don’t see all that black stuff on it makes no sense

The quality of food is good here, but the management is very poor. Today on my way back home, I purchased 8 burgers from them, when I got home 3 of them were missing. It was not close enough for me to drive back for the missing burgers. If you ever wanted to purchase from them, for sure open up the bag and count your burgers! Heads up! They just don't care!

Tried to pay cash with money i literally just took out from the bank but they wouldn’t take my cash because one of my 50$ was an old bill claims she asked 3 of the managers and they said no. Maybe those managers need a better knowledge of Canadian money. Not just the new bills.

Did a drive-thru run and their new pickle McCrispy was well umm….not as pictured on the order board. I get it, it’s fast food, but at least put the burger together into half-decent shape! Photo was taken immediately after receiving the bag.

Pricing is not standardised across franchises. For the exact same menu order I paid $7.44 at the Strawberry Hill location and $9.53 at this Sullivan location which is a 28% premium. Not at all acceptable.

I mostly get coffee here, they actually stir the coffee well at McDonald's, thank you. Always add just a little bit of coffee and stir really well, this way I have no sugar on the bottom of the drink.

I’m really disappointed with this McDonald’s location. Every time I order a McChicken, I specifically pay extra to add cheese — but they never add it. I also always request no ice in my drink, yet they still give me ice every time.
We’ve contacted the location multiple times about it, but nothing ever changes. No one reaches out, listens, or tries to fix the issue. It’s frustrating because I’m paying for something I never receive, and it feels like they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all.
Overall, this has been a really bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. It’s disappointing to keep having the same problems and feel ignored.

This is the worse place I ever seen near to our work place. Their employee doesn’t even care about the value of time. Couple days back , my husband visited over there and placed order by drive thru.He had to start work. He had to wait for 20 minutes to get the order. While he saw one of the employee name JAPNEET was playing with empty paper bag. We have our dashcam video of how long he waited. After knocking the window she offered a discount as a compliment that my husband refused. At the end, they never even deserve 1 star that I gave. Not recommended. This place is completely waste of money and time.

I visited here yesterday early morning around 1:20am I ordered one mac veggie and chicken nuggets through the drive through and when I go to the pick up window for pick up my order but there's no any one at the window I wait there around 10 to 15 minutes but no anybody came at window suddenly I noticed a girl inside her name is JAPNEET she was playing with empty paper bag then I knocked pick up window her came at the window and ask me hey there how can I help you. I remind her I already ordered my order 20 minutes ago at the drive through her answer ohh yes I forgot your order. And I wasted my minutes for hear this word and I grab my wrong order because I ordered Mac veggie spicy but her gave me Mac veggie regular not spicy. When I asked her where is your supervisor i want to complaint about her she said I'm supervisor here. I recommend to store owner she is not applicable for the supervisor position and also her not serious about the job duties.

I went at this location after 10pm. None of the staff members were wearing hair net neither their hair were tied up except one boy. Team leader took my order and she messed up with the drink size too.
