Over the last three visits to this McDonald’s, my experience has been consistently disappointing. I usually order four burgers, but two times out of three, at least one burger was missing from my order. The kicker is, the kiosk receipts never print or are unavailable, so proving what was missed is impossible—making any resolution with staff a hassle.
Moreover, the restaurant’s atmosphere is seriously unpleasant. There are drug users and homeless people inside nearly every time I stop by, which makes me feel unsafe and forces me to opt for takeout instead of dining in. Then, after getting home, I discover my order isn’t complete—again.
To make matters worse, they’ve boarded up the cold drink stand, so there are no free refills or even standard access to fountain drinks anymore. Not sure why, but it feels like the customer experience is getting worse by the day.
This is the worst McDonald's I’ve been to. I genuinely wish they would shut down or make some major changes—customers deserve far better.

There is no hand sanitizer. For a McDonald’s that isn’t typically super clean it’s disappointing.

The employer, very rude in the early morning shift for a drive-through

Ordered food through drive through, when we got to the window to pay we asked if we could get extra sauce, and she told us we’d have to go line up again and re order sauce through the drive through again 🤣
The Indian woman at the 2nd window drive through who was super rude to us, you made absolutely no sense with your reasonings and if you hate your job just pls quit lol

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. The fries were burnt and cold, and our order was left sitting on the counter for about 5 minutes without being brought to us. We had to get up and take it ourselves. The staff didn’t smile or seem welcoming at all. Very disappointing.

I ordered 10 pieces and medium fries with a junior but it was not in the bag when I reached home. I mean nuggets were not cooked properly and fries were also burnt. 😒😒 Really disappointed!!😞

Looks like these guys are running a scam asked for a habanero chicken burger with cheese slice paid the amount no cheese slice in the burger moreover it’s a junior chicken burger. I am not sure even after so many negative reviews how are they even in business.

They need to revamped this place, it is horrendous and they take forever to get the orders. Horrible management and service. Garbage overfilling and bugs everywhere. Go to a different McDonald’s.

Just waiting at the door and both doors are locked, no one even tried to at least come and say only drive-thru is open or at least give a signal that we are closed. Their customer was helping us and she told us. On 26 July 2025, 1:20 AM.

I went to this location late at night, which is listed as 24 hours. The doors were unlocked, lights on, and four staff members inside. I walked in, used the washroom, and went up to order — and was told “we’re not serving” while they were just cleaning. No signs, no warnings, nothing. Then they said “I need to lock the door.”
If you’re not serving walk-ins, don’t leave the door open. This isn’t 24 hours — this is just misleading. I don’t sneak out in the middle of the night to get disrespected by people wiping down counters and pretending they can’t serve food. Disappointed and honestly mad.
