There was no line when I pulled through and ordered two small meals. I was told it would be coming right up, as another car comes in behind me. I was then asked to park off to the side and the car behind me did too. I waited for another 6 vehicles to eventually come through, get their order and most without parking to the side. Eventually I got out and asked someone who was running food to another spot. They forgot about me entirely, evident by all my food being cold and them throwing in a medium fry as apology - which was also cold. Not only is it cold, it must have actually been hot once upon a time as the buns are now soggy from the steam. Do not come to this McDonalds unless you don't have other options. I wish there was another one located on the route home, but when I'm in a pinch this is the only one fast food option on my route. I use this mcdonalds maybe once every few months, as I actively avoid it. I don't think I've ever had a 'good' experience, not always terrible but never anything 'good'. First complaint online - I usually call and complain to the management but nobody is answer their phone either at the moment.

Ordered on Skip, choosing the location, because the estimated time was the shortest. But waited for more than the allotted, while the ETA has not changed. Wasted a whole lot of time for false information, never knowing whether the order was going to be done. I could have ordered elsewhere, right away that requires further waiting.

The drive through employee is very friendly organized and gets your order in time. However the rest of the employees are really slow in handling your order. I came in asking for my kids toys they dint even have enough toys and also missed items in the order. I spoke with the manager and basically just gave me an attitude. And the staff are basically lost close to a 20 minute wait for my order. I really hope they get things together at this location.

Not sure, if these are read, but something desperately needs to be done about the man who routinely stands by the drive through line panhandling. Why is he allowed to stand there?
I had the most wonderful experience at this McDonald's drive-thru this morning! A sweet young girl handed me my food with a smile and fun coincidence- both rocked our glasses. I'll definitely be back, thanks to her exceptional service!"

Sitting here waiting if my food for over five minutes in the area you wait for your food when they are not prepared. EVERY car tjat has gone through has been asked to pull ahead and wait. This is not acceptable and I will me filling out a bad survey
