Very disappointing, the original order was changed and I was charged again for my order. Food is so expensive and they treat you like they are doing you a favor. It is better to go to go to Popeyes, good food, cheaper in price and you are treated well..

This is not really our regular McDonald's, as we moved out of this Area, but occasionally we stop. The order taker needs some more experience for a start. These staff at the window don't even ask you if you want to collect/ redeem your points, which is a disappointment , I lost points because they want you out of the lineup as fast as a Bee, even though there's no body behind you. Fish fillet was warm and Soft ♥️ but Fries was a total disaster🙃 We were shivering from being wet and just needed hot Food , Coffee was awesome though😋.
Our main disappointment was watching the boys stock up. Their products were outside , but they were so slow at bringing them inside. No urgency. We sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes eating and watching , this one guy made like 6 trips in about 4 minutes , just going out to look and come back in🤔 I remember my days we managers and crew would get them put away as fast as possible , but maybe this is the new procedure. And not once did the crew look @ the parking lot to see who's watching them, I understand it's not my Business but it was painful to watch. The camera was there. You can view this day. Very disappointment with my recent visit to the McDonald’s branch tonight October 23 around 8:00 PM.

During this visit, I encountered an issue where I was charged for mayo, which has always been provided free in the past. Additionally, the assistant manager was quite rude, which made the experience even more frustrating.

As a regular customer, I have never experienced this kind of poor service before. I hope my feedback will help improve the experience for future customers.

Late Saturday night. The manager was extremely kind and accommodating even though I was running late and the last foot traffic in. Today is Friday Oct 11 2024 7:15 pm, there was a missing meal in my order in my Uber delivery. I was pissed because my kid doesnt have anything to eat. So I drove out there, asked to talk to someone in charge. The manager came out and was very respectful and kind , told me he would solve the problem remake the meal. I'm happy and left, Ill definetly buy here again. Thanks for making things right.

I was at the drive-thru there was one girl very polite and helpful. She helped me with the order and best at customer service. In the end, just had best experience at McDonald's for the first time thanks to the staff.
