Worst Mcdonald's that Ive ever been too since they changed their stuff!! One of the server I think her name Ghana or Garma has the worst attitude!! I dont know how can these people hire this kind of employee, dont they do a screening process if they are fit to their job? But anyways, I will recommend everyone not to come here and experience the worst customer service !! There is one at 156 and fraser highway or 152 and 102, they have way better and lovely staff compare to this location !!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION !!!!!!

I went for a drive thru and ordered breakfast this morning but unfortunately, the order taker took my coffee order wrong (ordered plain black coffee but received a coffee with a milk and lots of sugar). I called this store and spoke with Mansi and she handled everything with a professional manner. Thank you Mansi for your help. Everything else was delicious :)

Worst McDonald's I have been. It's 11:44 on 22nd Aug. Assistant manager asked me money for mayonnaise and ketchup and was so rude and said our franchise is like that. I know this store is owned by Indian couple as they always put names on the windows with proud. But you guys should first learn how to serve and train your employees specifically Managers.
We had dinner there around 10 pm and they had closed half of the restaurant with chairs (I don't know if the staff didn't want to clean or what!) only one dining table we could sit at. The meat was uncooked and the staff's behavior wasn't mannerly. I prefer to go to other branches next time

Older lady running the drive thru till at 10am on Aug/11/2025 couldn't get the order right and was hard to understand her thick accent. Then some macho man with his sleeves rolled up and tattoos showing came out with my hashbrowns in his hand... not even a bag with them. Disturbing service without a doubt.

Can you imagine going for a drive-through and feeling like the experience has totally ruined your morning? Like cold, unemotional tone in the service and they keep asking if that’s all you want to rush you along. We ordered a donut, it showed up on the screen, and there was no donut in our bag. We paid for it. Nobody cares about you as a customer here.
