Absolutely disgusting. The chocolate flavour taste sour and smells gross. I tasted this once I got home and cannot believe they is being sold. I called and the person said it taste fine and will talk to a manager. Nothing else was done. Please avoid this location at all cost. I will never visit this location again. You cannot sell frozen yogurt that is gone bad!!
I tried their candy cane flavour which was quite delicious. Also the store looked really hygienic and well kept. The place has positive and welcoming vibes. The staff is really nice and polite.

Used to be 5 stars but this place has gone down hill. All the machines are out of order and it’s dirty and disgusting. Trying to bribe your customers with extra toppings for a five star review is priceless when the state of this place is like this. Also, the staff are just sitting there on their phones instead of cleaning up the place and making it presentable.

Nice staff but but only half of the flavors available and only 2 out of the 5 sauce containers had anything in them, -one and a half hour before closing

What happened to this place ? The fresh fruit toppings looked like they were sitting on syrup for days ! Brown, slimy .. we chose popping pearls and Brownie on the original tart yogurt. When my daughter tried the yogurt she felt it had a funny after taste, and definitely was something wrong with the flavour, I went back for them to check on the expiry date or something in the machine.. and they told me that it was probably that they changed the recipe ?! She didn’t looked surprised, worried or concerned.. told me she couldn’t refund the money and that I could take another flavour. At that time we decided just to throw it away and walk away. Very disappointed to see this place go down, being a customer since they first opened, I definitely know there is something wrong with the quality control or change of owners.
Funny enough they had a sign to give a 5 star review in exchange of a free topping container.. what ?!
Don’t waste your money, and @Menchies check on your franchises !
