Menchie's Frozen Yogurt (Guildford)

Tasted gross. The yogurt tasted like an old freezer and the candies also tasted old. Go to another location

I love menchies. This one, not so much. Lemon sorbet tastes like dish soap it’s unedible and there are barely any flavours let alone toppings, better off trying a different location..the one in burnaby is much better

An overall good experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. Munchie’s is always expensive, but worth it. Lots of flavours, toppings, and syrups.

No real fruit. Seems syrup with colour/dye and loaded with sugar. To call it frozen yogurt nonsense. Frozen sugar with dye, no hint of real fruit or juice. Unhealthy and a waste of money

No samples, no spoons, no Menchies branded cups. Rinsed my wallet from a small amount of frozen yogurt

I ordered a chocolate and Oreo and my daughter ordered vanilla and Oreo, the Oreo in general was extremely flavourless and the vanilla was very watered down with chunks of ice occasionally appearing. We were hoping for a refund as it was $34 for 2 individual cups of “ice cream” with some additional toppings. It was really disappointing and when we asked for a refund we got a lesson on how franchising works therefore not getting our money back. They were out of multiple flavours leaving very little choice and the place was empty and I now know why. We will not be stopping by again

I came in not sure what to expect after reading a few mixed reviews, but I’m so glad I stopped by. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the shop was clean and well-organized. There were plenty of flavour options, including some great dairy-free sorbets, and the toppings bar was fully stocked with fresh toppings, candies, and sauces. I highly recommend going here to get some dessert!

The flavours here are not good and had a very limited selection. They ran out of the most basic flavours chocolate and vanilla. Very unsatisfied as when I went to the location in Burnaby I left with no complaints. Do not get the lemon sorbet as it tasted like dish soap and the oreo flavour was very melted

Candy was stale. Not a lot of flavour either. My nephew was disappointed.

Overall it was… okay. My yogurt tasted alright, the flavour selections were poorly done and the toppings aren’t as much as it used to be. Paid $11 but for what I paid for I could’ve gotten a boba for $7 and been happier. Sad to see a place go downhill from what I felt like in there. Menchies isn’t what it used to be ! :(

No fresh fruit and over half the machines being cleaned or not working. Overall it is a very small, low budget, under stocked Menchies location. I would drive to a different one if possible.

Ice cream machines were not working properly, the ice cream alone made my stomach hurt so bad, and the candies tasted really old.

Costs way to much

Haven’t had menchies in a while, decided to get myself some after work. Nutella has always been my go to, and honestly, it did not taste like Nutella at all. Barely could taste Nutella, like as if they diluted the flavour of it. I think that was my last time ever stepping inside a menchies. Disappointing nonetheless.
