Honestly some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten here many times and it has been consistently great!
I find their QR code ordering system very easy to use, although it may not be for everyone. Service has always been fast and friendly.
The Original Ramen with pork shoulder is my go-to dish and it never disappoints. Big slab of delicious pork, perfectly cooked soy sauce eggs, and the broth is so rich and creamy!
I tried the fried chicken once and it was also outstanding!
Definitely one of my favorite spots in South Surrey to eat!

Yummy, but missing the eggs added to the order. Shoyu with no egg is sad.

This place consistently delivers delicious food! We come here for the delicious ramen and it is often stacked so beautifully. I personally really enjoy their Shoyu Ramen with chicken and my husband likes the Original Ramen. You can options like sweet corn, seaweed, sprouts, scallions, and more. Also has options to have it less salty and less oily. Ordering is done at the table via QR code or you can order through the server. Quick service!

Was excited to try this place for lunch while i was in the area but the first thing i noticed was the subpar decor and stock boxes laying around making it feel cluttered and disorganized. I then noticed my wooden soup ladle was caked with grim on it but nobody came to the table to give us service or to change it out. I finally flagged someone down and they came over but said nothing..so i spoke first and said id like the chicken ramen. They told me they were out of chicken… I then walked out and after that first experience i wont be back…

Honestly, the best ramen around White Rock, but also ultimately just okay quality. I sat down and was directed to order with the QR code on the table. I'd have preferred the QR to be an alternate option. Its also a rather boisy place with loud music playing.
I got their original Hokkaido ramen. Its just kinda passable. The chasiu was pretty good, noodles were okay, had a very flour-y or wheaty taste to it. Though its just the rather bland broth. Its only maybe three steps away from being plain hot water. At least the portion size was good for the price and more than usual amounts of chasiu.
Would only recommend if you're stuck in White Rock and craving ramen.

Location is convenient but don’t eat here when you are vegetarian. The atmosphere is meh, the service is mostly automated. I ordered the vegetarian miso ramen. It turned out to have meat in it. Is also noisy.

Fist of all, ramen shop ran out of ramen, that’s already disappointing then secondly order still not ready after 40 minutes of waiting.
Do not bother with this restaurant, you will only find disappointment with food, staff and atmosphere. So noisy and full of cooking fumes.

Food is great. It’s actually a go-to place for us. Unfortunately the systems need a lot of improvement.
If your main dishes are going to be CONSISTENTLY sold out, customers should know before sitting down and ordering to find out. Communication with servers is not great. Would appreciate assistance with packing up dishes.

We’ve eaten here a number of times and usually enjoy the food. Unfortunately, the dishes we often order are consistently sold out by early afternoon (1-2pm)
Because of the way the menu system works, you don’t know an item is unavailable until you’re already ordering at the table. It’s frustrating and has happened several times now.
We’ll continue to give it another try, but if it happens again, we’ll likely walk out. I’d be happy to improve my rating in the future if this issue gets resolved.

Food was mediocre. Not a real ramen place. Service was mediocre as well. We were seated and no menus were given. Server also did not advise to scan QR code for menu. You are on your own kind of feeling. At time of paying the bill. After card tapped, the server grabbed the payment terminal right from my lap while I am putting away my card and wallet. Not sure what the rush was but this is very unprofessional and inappropriate. Totally not respectful to customer’s comfort zone.

I’ve tried ramen all over the place but I can never find a bowl nearly as good as Menzou. This restaurant has a very simple menu of only a few things but made to perfection.

I had eaten here and ordered take out many times over the past 4 years. Today was the first time I experienced being told a restaurant cannot serve me at 7:25pm on a Tuesday because they close at 8pm. I was so confused when I entered and the serving staff told me I cannot come in. Order take out if you enjoy their food, but don't expect to be able to eat in.

Can't give negative stars. This is not ramen. It's a Chinese or maybe Taiwanese take on Japanese food. It is gross. I didn't finish. Very overpriced too.
