Menzou Ramen & Bubble Tea Bar

I’ve tried ramen all over the place but I can never find a bowl nearly as good as Menzou. This restaurant has a very simple menu of only a few things but made to perfection.

I had eaten here and ordered take out many times over the past 4 years. Today was the first time I experienced being told a restaurant cannot serve me at 7:25pm on a Tuesday because they close at 8pm. I was so confused when I entered and the serving staff told me I cannot come in. Order take out if you enjoy their food, but don't expect to be able to eat in.

Can't give negative stars. This is not ramen. It's a Chinese or maybe Taiwanese take on Japanese food. It is gross. I didn't finish. Very overpriced too.

Wonton tasted normal nothing special, and fried chicken was juicy but tasted soso. Meat in ramen was tender ;however, the noodle and soup is not the one I like.

served me rotten noodles that smelled like ammonia and caused upset stomach even though I only ate a little bit. Used to be good but more care is required.

Service is consistently not great. I’ve been here with my mom 6 times and the only thing consistent is the average service. The waiters are either rude or simply just don’t care for your business. The food portion is very big and tastes good, that is the only reason I gave 3 stars. The restaurant will be half/completely empty, and they will still make you sit at a tiny table instead of the bigger one. No menus only QR code. I will say there is one nice server (I’m assuming it’s the restaurant owner and this is a family business). I really want to recommend this place (for the food), but the experience here makes things fairly disappointing.

I don’t know how long this place will be open for as it was empty. One server who won’t give you a menu or take your order. Will point to their QR code ordering system. Ramen broth was off and was too salty for my taste.

My wife and I were in our old neighborhood running an errand and decided to stop for lunch. I've always wanted to try a ramen shop. Just so happens Menzou Ramen is here at Morgan Crossing, which has lots of parking. We stopped here on a Tuesday. It wasn't busy since it was a weekday. Which was great. Lots of seating and quick service. We sat down and ordered popcorn chicken and the won ton ramen. The food was great. The popcorn chicken was very tender with a very light, spicy, deep fry on the outside. The won ton ramen was tasty. It has a miso soup base with noodles, bamboo shoots, green onion, and won ton. It's reasonably priced, and food and service is great.

This place used to not be very great. It was missing something about the food and it just didn't hit the mark. That has definitely changed. The food is excellent and presented well. Portions are also good for the price. Worth trying now
