As a person who has been to Japan for ramen, I highly recommend this place. In my honest opinion, this place can be called one of the best ramen places in Greater Vancouver. First, their broths are thick and well seasoned. In the Japanese standard, customers are supposed to drink up the soup if the ramen is one of a kind. Therefore I did at Menzou. Second, they have some unique ideas for making chashu (Japanese ramen pork cutlet), a very flavorful smoky thick cut and a bacon-like thin cut as an experiment. In the end, the amount of chopped green onion they put, and the service deeply impressed me. The owner Jason who is also the chef, is an awesome person. I believe he would love to chitchat with you when you visit.Parking: It’s in a plaza so there are plenty of parking spots within walking distance.

I think it's the best in Vancouver. I ordered the original ramen, and the tonkotsu broth wasn't greasy and was very rich. The noodles had a firm texture. It was the best Japanese ramen I've ever had.

Wow! This was our first visit and we'll definitely be back. I'm so glad we have a good ramen place in Surrey.I had the Yuzu ramen and my partner the original ramen. Both were creamy, seasoned just right with great portions of chasu and toppings.Thanks Menzou Ramen!

Very mediocre ramen for high-end price.Tasteless soup and boring noodle. Also false advertising on Yuzu Tonkotsu. It taste citrus but not real Yuzu which is unique citrus to Japan. The pic shows lime slices. Their price is too much for this.

I love their bubble tea. Always so flavourful and creamy. They have popping pearls and mango stars!Finally tried their veggie ramen for dine in and it was much better than take out. It was flavourful, creamy and loaded with different veggies. My kid had the original ramen and liked it as well.I’ve never seen this place busy, but it’s the only ramen in the neighborhood and it’s worth a stop. They have a cool digital self ordering system right at the table. When the ramen is ready, they will bring it out to you.Vegetarian options: Veggie ramen is a good option. It’s creamy, flavourful and loaded with veggies.

I was blown away by the great portions of serving here atleast in my perspective cause the ramen shops I had been to before serves thin slices of pork which is not enough for me but here in this place it’s the perfect size that you can enjoy with your ramen. the broth has Deep pork flavour! The noodles I ordered firm and was perfect mouth feel. Overall I truly enjoyed the ramen. Thank you

I've ordered delivery from Menzou multiple times and they have been fantastic every single time. Incredible food (especially the ramen, gyoza, and takoyaki) and amazing service.They have always been very accommodating about requests, and one time when I mentioned I was ill, they wrote me a get well note. They have very kind and compassionate employees.One time they accidentally forgot my gyoza sauce, and I merely mentioned it the next time just to make sure it wasn't forgotten because it is the best gyoza sauce, and they sent me extra gyoza to apologize.They're the best ramen in Surrey, and the loveliest people ever.

Mega Ramen was really good and very tasty. The serving was good for two person. The atmosphere was very cozy with a soft relaxing music playing in the background and you can make conversation without speaking loudly with someone. This is a very good place for a date. Come check them out.
The food was great we had classic and special ramen plus the squid appe OMG! It was a hit... we had to do additional order. The ambiance is great. Quiet, cozy and dimmer.
The food is fantastic, but they should have a physical menu, having to order food via cell phone is stupid and makes no sense, why do they have waitresses? just for decoration?

Would not come here again. The online ordering system is cumbersome and frustrating and they charge you for every little thing - $2 for chili paste to add to your ramen! Really shows very little appreciation for the customer. The ordering system seems to be set up to avoid the servers having to interact with the customers as much as possible, as we were not checked on once during our meal, and when some of our food and drink items were delayed or altogether forgotten, we had to go up and ask. We also didn’t realize till the end that we wouldn’t be offered condiments and had to order them but at $2 per item, no thank you! We were short a set of chopsticks but nobody even bothered to ask us.The food was mediocre; it was fine but certainly not worth the price. They also had absolutely nothing for vegan options which was frustrating in 2023 as one of our party had to eat just edamame and white rice.This feels like a really poorly designed system and the service leaves a LOT to be desired. I definitely would not come back.
