Bought 2lbs of Maui ribs what a joke weighed the bones after dinner 1.1 lbs of bones and that was after the beef shrunk to nothing what a good scam they got going pretty embarrassing dinner and 18 bucks a pound for dry chicken breasts never again Cosco is worth the line ups at least your not embarrassed after feeding your guests well I'm back gonna and I'm gonna ad to my review just had thriftys Maui ribs wow they rocked the boat got a horrible apology no money back or a couple steaks just a corporate response bought two whole chickens Maui ribs and chicken drumsticks today at thriftys for four bucks less don't waist your time with Meridian meats I never will again and I won't be embarrassed when I have friends for dinner

So I've been meaning to write a review and my last order made me really want to pay it forward. I moved to B.C three months ago from Ontario and I needed a quality grassfed meat and seafood place. I compete in bodybuilding and it's really important to me what I eat. Meridian each time has been great, the quality of the meat is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. Their delivery system and ordering on their website is super convenient and easy to use. Last time they didn't have the ground lamb I wanted so not only did they refund my money for the two lbs I ordered but I received a bag of beautiful pink lady potatoes, two loaves of bread and a $10 gift card as an apology. How sweet of them! Thanks for supplying me with the fuel I need Meridian, you guys are great!!!

I ordered 2 weeks ago meat for a special occasion to get picked up on a certain day in the morning. First they called me one week too early the meat is ready which I told them I need it the following week. To ensure I can receive the meat at the correct day I called 2 days prior again and it was confirmed the meat will be ready for pick up as agreed. As I went to the store the day of the confirmed pick up I was told the meat is not there and it might come in by the end of this day which didn't work for my schedule as it needed to get prepared and cooked. This happened to me now the second time. For everyone who needs the product on a certain day, I would recommend NOT to order the meat at this location as I believe their order system with the hand written sticky notes on the wall may not work all the time. At the end, I went to Safeway across and got what I needed for less $$
I always have the best experience here. Service is 10/10. They accommodate if you want to sub some meats for different meats in their bundles. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only place i buy my meat from
