I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but my visit to Milestones was such a genuinely positive experience that I felt I needed to share. From the moment I sat down, I could tell the service was going to be different and that’s all thanks to our waiter, Brian.
Brian wasn’t just polite, he was warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire meal. He checked in at just the right times, making sure everything was perfect without ever making it feel forced. You could tell he takes pride in what he does and that he actually cares about people, not just the job. That kind of service is rare these days, and it honestly set the whole tone for my visit.
The food itself was fantastic fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared but what really stuck with me was Brian’s kindness and professionalism. I usually don’t tip much beyond the standard, but this time I went out of my way to leave a generous tip because the service truly deserved it.
Even though Milestones is technically considered fast food, the quality of the food and the outstanding service made it feel like a much more elevated dining experience. For me, it was an easy and genuine 5-star experience, and that’s not something I give lightly.

It was good; nice waitress. Although on open table I'm not sure why we even put the occasion down as it's never acknowledged. Also the hostess asked if we were celebrating which we said yes! It's my son's birthday & I pointed behind me. We booked as we knew we would be shopping all day for his birthday and he wanted to go for dinner after. We ended up having to say something in regards to the birthday again. Normally we don't care but when it's for our kids and we have said that many times it would be nice to not have to ask!

This place is absolutely the best in whole Vancouver. The staff all have beautiful smiles and i live in Vancouver for 16 years . Very patient and respectful staff with older people. The food melts in the mouth. Give it a try and you will see :) Jordan is a great server !

I went there with my fiancé and had a terrible experience today. It was pouring rain, and we arrived at 10:10 PM, well before their posted closing time of 11:00 PM. Not only were we told that they had already taken their “last call” at 9:55 PM, but the doors were shut, and we weren’t even allowed to go inside. That means they essentially closed the restaurant over an hour before the actual listed closing time. This is unacceptable, misleading, and shows complete disregard for customers. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant, and I won’t be coming back.

Everywhere in Surrey closed at 9pm on the Holiday and I was in the lower mainland from the interior for the night so I wanted to stop for a nice dinner with my wife and our two children. This establishment was wonderful and accommodating, provided a great meal for a very reasonable price.

Building was a little run down, particularly the bathrooms but the atmosphere was good, did excellent and staff was friendly and efficient

It would be nice to have a little time between appies and main course. For date night we were in and out within one hour. We also used some gift cards to pay. We did not know we were supposed to use only one free appie per visit. We felt our server did her best but the manager spoke to us as she walked by leaving us feeling like she did us a big favour by allowing us to pay with the gift cards. It seems like Milestones is struggling to keep up with some other popular restaurants.

I had an amazing experience at Milestones and honestly, it deserves all the stars! I ordered their steak not tenderloin but the sirloin (which I highly recommend for those that don’t like tender steak) and I can tell you it was absolutely delicious, perfectly juicy, and had that sweet and spicy kick that hit all the right notes for me. What stood out even more was the customer service. The staff were super warm and attentive. The person who took my order took the time to recommend the best steak option and explained exactly how it would taste, and it didn’t disappoint!
The ambience? Immaculate. The aesthetic of the restaurant is modern and cozy with a touch of intimacy, especially at night. I can’t speak for daytime, but it seems like the perfect spot for a romantic date night, relaxed drinks, or a casual hangout with friends.
If you’re someone who loves taking pictures like me, you’ll enjoy the vibe here. There are a few Instagram worthy corners. Just find the right lighting and you’re good to go.
