It was a 3 hours nightmare!
Sitting for one and half hour 3 dish finally came, 1 of them was wrong dish. Trying to tell the server, after 15 minutes no server come along. Since everyone was hungry, we decided to take the dish anyway. Waiting for another 1 hour the 3 more dishes came, but one of them didn't look like what I ordered. The last dish came out half more hour later.
It was the worst experience to eat out in my life!
Never going back!

I had high hopes for this place, but the food was nothing special. The stir-fried rice noodles with beef were way too oily, to the point where it was unappetizing. The fried rice was overly salty and lacked wok hei. To top it off, the portion sizes were small and didn’t justify the high prices. Honestly, there’s much better food out there for the same price. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The dim sum taste and food quality are not that great. That tripe still smells bad!

Delicious dim sum, lots of flavours and very pleased with the food that was ordered. Chicken feet was the best because of the sauce and spices and dessert was wonderfully made. No problems except for the rushed service as it was New Year’s Day who forgot the dessert but wonderful special meal

We usually pick up food orders but the quality has gone down as the prices have gone up. Very poor food and confused staff make pickups more hassle than it’s worth.

Worst dine out experience…. waiting for over 30 minutes still no dishes on our table then saw other two tables coming in later than us already getting there orders. The kitchen just started cook our orders after 40 minutes waiting.
Poorly organized, worker shortages, unprofessional services… DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

This establishment lost our scheduled order and when my mother arrived to pick up said order on Christmas Eve they made her wait 2+ hours - and she’s still sitting there waiting. They have yet to offer her a refund or even a glass of water while she waits for our significantly delayed food. Can’t speak to the quality of food as we’re hungry but the service speaks for itself.

What a disaster, this place used to be good, not anymore.
We ordered 4 dishes, first dish arrived after half hour, poorly made sweet and sour prawns, second dish arrived 20 minutes later, after we complained to the server, vermicelli Singapore style, it was the highlight of the night, really good. Third dish arrived another 20 minutes later, double cooked pork belly, just horrible. The last dish was beef fried rice, it took them almost 2 hours to cook fried rice, unbelievable. Of course the bill came 20 seconds after requesting it.
What a waste of 100 dollars. Not going back for sure.

This was my family go to Chinese restaurant past year since there's not many decent Chinese restaurants in the neighbourhood. Ordered food for pick up for lunch based on their website. They were inconsistent about what they serve or what they don't serve for lunch. Though the website says all day menu, the guy on the phone said the dish is for dinner and lunch menu is for dimsum only. When I asked if other dish is doable for lunch, he said he's going to do it this time as special and can't do this all the time for me with annoyed tone. He was rushing to hang up the phone when I was still trying to order more. It's sad when a restaurant going downhill because of a bad staff with negative vibe and behaviour representing the restaurant.

Today's order will be the last order I'm ordering from this place. Would not return again.

Recommended by a friend. Ordered 5 dishes for takeout. The portions were so small and skimpy we could not feed 5 people properly. Paid over $130. Disappointed :(

I order food take out in the evening around 6:25pm from uber eats. I arrived 6:55pm and waited 35mins and still not ready. I saw the chef still preparing one of the dishes. No one come to you to say anything. Everyone pretends they are busy. I cant imagine how they treat the customers. So disappointed!!!!

What a local gem this place is. First of all the inside is breathtaking and elegant, ideal place for "family" style eating. You order a bunch of things and everyone shares.
, the middle table swivels and the service team is very nice and polite. My wife has gotten Uber eats from here but actually coming here is a different experience.
