I would rate the food 3.5 good but the batter is so crunchy hard I couldn't even eat it big huge portions thou.I had the oysters as well they wher very good but again the batter was way to crunchy I could not chew it

Old guy serving aka Mr. Pickwick is a G. The chips and fish come in a quantity much larger than expected. Definitely filling and justifiable for the price. The restaurant is very quiet, I usually enjoy soft music in the background, but I don’t mind just food for thought. Awesome Sauce.

I've been a regular here with my family for about one year now. I’ve always found fish and chips restaurants to be a real hit or miss but this place wastruly amazing! Definitely worth it, our new favourite place for fish and chips. The service could be better.

I've been to this fish and chips place many times before when it's been under different management. This time the food was not good. I had the two pieces of fish and chips. The pieces of fish might be big, but there's no taste. My fries were also cold and hard. Not fully cooked. I didn't want to complain. So I just ate it. My friend enjoyed it, tho. I would give this place maybe 1.5 to 2 stars out of five.

I stopped by this store to try their fried fish, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Although I didn't finish the entire serving, I could tell that the fish seemed highly processed, which gave it an unusual taste and an overly oily texture. I would caution against making this a regular part of your diet, as it doesn't seem like a healthy option. On a positive note, the elderly man serving me did his job perfectly and provided good service.
I’ve ordered takeout from here a few times now. Their portions are bigger compared to other restaurants and so far they’re consistent with quality. Super nice and never a long wait for my orders.

This place has been here and stayed true to its quality longer than any other business in the neighborhood. If you are looking for crispy English style fish and chips, I'd definitely recommend Mr. Pickwicks! The interior is nothing fancy and hasn't changed in over a decade, but they put all their money into serving you quality fish and chips.
They do have all you can eat on certain days but the 2 piece with chips and coleslaw was more than enough food for me.
The owners are very kind and welcoming.

I liked everything. I personally dislike busy restaurants with loud music. This one is quiet, portions are huge and taste good, the price is very reasonable. I didn’t try but it says they have AUCE on Tue and Sat for 22$. I had a good experience and would come again.
