i go here like 1-3 times a week. the food is yummy - best katsu i've ever had - and huge portions. when i first started coming here last year, service was very kind and chill. i am not someone who requires my waitress to smile and curtsy and ask about my day but the one girl who always be wearing plaid and looking unhappy makes my eating experience so awkward. she barks at you when u ask for stuff after your initial order and slams food down in front of you. what's up with that??? girl you seem so unhappy you should find a new job

Your staff on 10th Aug should be train in customer service, we came 8pm and greeted with a black faced. We know you are closing at 9! Nonchalantly informed the last order is 8:30 and close at 9. As we are ready to order your staff straight face say there is no extra orders for rice etc as it take time for kitchen to make, girl please take the order first! If you are not welcome for business just close your door! 8:30pm your staff mopping the floor soaking wet. We have children, pregnant women and older people. If anyone got slip because of you wanting to go home, im gonna sure sue this place. Food was great but not coming back for this kind of bad experience!

I love everything that I ordered today, the pork katsu and shrimp curry was amazing, so crunchy, and with the sauce plus the sesame seeds that you grinded yourself while you waited for the meal to come, it smelled good and fresh. I also like the cabbage salad with its sauce and miso soup on the side. Although to me it's a bit pricier than other restaurants, I left the place feeling full and satisfied.
The best Katsu restaurant in the lower mainland hands down. Servers are also super friendly! You will not regret coming here.
