The owner needs to know that the lady who works there provided such a horrible service to customers. She needs to be better trained in how to even speak with customers properly.

Good burrito. Not bad. Pretty filling. A bit dry with the rice and not too many beans were added. But overall pretty good nutritious and filling.

The worst experience ever, i really hope anyone who is seeing this review, you should decide not to go here. Yesterday my husband went there and goes on as a normal person to wait in the line up for his turn to come, and when he starts to order, since it was considered as a big order for the staff working on shift, they tell him to move to back of the line and order again. When he asks her why, she goes on saying they cant make that order, he either has to reduce the order or go back of the line. He did reduce his order, and requested for different menu options, even in those they had issues and wanted him to reduce even more, let me be more clear he was just trying to order food for 5 people. I really wish i knew the girls name who attended him, but unfortunately i dont since she didnt have a name badge. But i would ask the owners and the team to learn customer service before you hire someone. Even my husband did have a argument with her after this incident and she goes on to say since he was arguing with her that has made other people leave the premises without ordering. Again being clear here, people will leave without ordering if they see bad customer service. The intention of this review is not to get anything from the company, but instead i really want this to be a message for future customers you might get.

Normally to get burritos I go to chipotle but I went here 2 days ago with a buddy of mine for the first time and I gotta say it was a good experience. The quantity you get for the price is good, the chicken burrito and tacos are tasty but only wish the chicken was a bit more spicy. Besides that everything was good.

Would like to share my experience, today, I visited and ordered a veggie burrito bowl. I often eat burritos. But today I was surprised by the portion size they gave me. Cutting portion size is not acceptable.

I hope others while making their bowls, Have a check about the quantity they put in your bowl.

I request the owner to act accordingly and let me know. Please reply then only, when this will be resolved.

This location always take care of their customer. I come into the restaurant twice a week. They are always great. I have dealt with Deep on many occasions and always gives great customer service

8:07 young girl working there gave small scoop of chicken, when asked for me she said i already did and puts in 1 single piece of cutup chicken. I ended up getting double chicken for $2. I thought of trying this place out cause of Chipotle small portions boycott, but i guess not

We ordered a steak burrito and steak bowl, both tasted very good. There were lots of available seats for dine in at around 6pm however it was a bit difficult to communicate with the workers over my topping choices. Another observation is the bathroom was very dirty and it was disappointing for a restaurant with such good quality food.

They ran out of veggies and put whatever was left. When I asked for more veggies the girl told me that's all that's comes with it. And not sure why they ask for here or to-go as they still boxed my Quesadilla, after asking twice.

Tasty burrito but the bathroom was in a bit of a state. Could use some cleaning and the toilet handle was broken making it tough to flush.

I eat mucho every now and then but the customer service for this location is pretty bad their shrimp bowls are not the best . I even tried talking to the manager to fix the issue they said they can’t do anything about it. Which is not professional at all.
