Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

The food was great and loved the service.
But the Store was too hot
It’s very difficult to dine with such heat.
Overall it was a good experience.

Really bad service. The staff just wasnt very happy to receive customers it seems.

I ordered a chicken bowl and there were only leftovers in the veggies section so I had to request for them to make some more, else I was going to get just few pieces of peppers.
Everything else was put in such a stingy manner, barely adding a spoonful of each.
On the other hand my husband ordered ghost pepper bowl but requested chicken to be double.
They doubled the ghost pepper instead :(
And when we were about to leave there was no one at the counter to talk to.
Really bad customer service.
I dont expect some over the top experience at a burrito place, but this was definitely rude.

I visited the store today and had an extremely disappointing experience . The girl (with a tattoo on right arm) I spoke with was rude, unhelpful and no smile at face. She didn’t even make the order correctly. I don’t recommend visiting this store.

Very disappointed with the service I received on Nov 28. Came here after a long day and a workout at the gym. Ordered a bowl with extra protein and was very disappointed to find a thick long black hair in my food. I was wearing a ballcap and a hoodie over top of my head and had none of my own hair exposed. The Lady here did not accept that the hair came from one of her staff and continued to make excuses and only apologized at the end when I said this is not okay. Nobody here wears a hairnet and she proceeded to tell me that her hair is in a braid so there is no way it could be hers. Really upsetting that my appetite and evening have been ruined by mucho burrito on King George. Other locations I have visited had great customer service and great quality food. Very unfortunate.

The employee assumes I've been here before which I have not, felt rushed and given no direction. I ordered a quesadilla, got beans, meat veggies and cheese. The whole time she was talking to her coworker, I had to interrupt and ask if I could get extra items, she looked so confused and eventually said yes but extra. OK well I want them... she had to open my qusadilla that was already on the grill and add them. Glad I got what I wanted but felt like I was such an inconvenience.

Apparently common sense isn't very common these days. And neither is the ability to follow instructions.

I ordered a burrito bowl on doordash. It should be common sense to include utensils with a bowl, you can't eat it with your hands like a burrito. But apparently not common sense for whoever packed this order.

However, even if they didn't have common sense, I did also indicate during my order that yes I do want utensils. So they couldn't follow instructions either.

And now I'm stuck with garbage because I can't eat it until after work when I have utensils but the meat will go bad by then because of how many hours it would be.
