I visited the store today and had an extremely disappointing experience . The girl (with a tattoo on right arm) I spoke with was rude, unhelpful and no smile at face. She didn’t even make the order correctly. I don’t recommend visiting this store.

Very disappointed with the service I received on Nov 28. Came here after a long day and a workout at the gym. Ordered a bowl with extra protein and was very disappointed to find a thick long black hair in my food. I was wearing a ballcap and a hoodie over top of my head and had none of my own hair exposed. The Lady here did not accept that the hair came from one of her staff and continued to make excuses and only apologized at the end when I said this is not okay. Nobody here wears a hairnet and she proceeded to tell me that her hair is in a braid so there is no way it could be hers. Really upsetting that my appetite and evening have been ruined by mucho burrito on King George. Other locations I have visited had great customer service and great quality food. Very unfortunate.

The employee assumes I've been here before which I have not, felt rushed and given no direction. I ordered a quesadilla, got beans, meat veggies and cheese. The whole time she was talking to her coworker, I had to interrupt and ask if I could get extra items, she looked so confused and eventually said yes but extra. OK well I want them... she had to open my qusadilla that was already on the grill and add them. Glad I got what I wanted but felt like I was such an inconvenience.

Apparently common sense isn't very common these days. And neither is the ability to follow instructions.

I ordered a burrito bowl on doordash. It should be common sense to include utensils with a bowl, you can't eat it with your hands like a burrito. But apparently not common sense for whoever packed this order.

However, even if they didn't have common sense, I did also indicate during my order that yes I do want utensils. So they couldn't follow instructions either.

And now I'm stuck with garbage because I can't eat it until after work when I have utensils but the meat will go bad by then because of how many hours it would be.

Sleazy Franchise Alert! Frequent customer of several stores. I always get less at this location everytime. They never ask if you want guacamole for the 'mucho' size as it's free with the purchase. However, they always push it and offer as an option on the other sizes when its an extra. Constantly understaffed and those staff are overworked.

Waited for 20 mins to give the order. She was filling the bowl when i arrived. Then she started make up the order for uber. She was ignoring us. Worker refused to give her name for the review. Ordered the nachos. I Asked her to heat them as we added the cheese on it. She refused to do so even on request. Horrible service.

I visited this restaurant on November 7 and had an amazing experience! The food was exceptional and truly made my day. The two staff members working there were incredibly helpful and friendly; they went out of their way to assist me in choosing the perfect meal. I've been searching for a great restaurant for a long time, and this place absolutely fulfilled my wish. I look forward to visiting again soon!

I had a really bad experience at Mucho Burrito. The lady was super rude and seemed like she didn’t care at all. She put my bowl together with such an attitude, it felt like I was getting it for free. She didn’t even give me napkins or a bag for takeout. Honestly, it was terrible customer service and really disappointing.

I’ve worked at a mucho burrito and this one is the worst. Staff is not welcoming, made me wait even though there was no line. Food tasted gross bc she didn’t even warm up the tortilla. They put the same portion of meat in their small vs regular burrito even though it’s supposed to be different. When I asked for extra toasted she toasted it for 30 seconds. Tasted like cardboard.

I recently ordered a chicken bowl from Mucho Burrito, and it was incredibly disappointing. The bowl felt like I was eating a concoction of sauces with no other flavors coming through. To top it off, they charged extra for lettuce, which I was fine with—except they only added 4-5 tiny pieces. For the price, I expected a lot more than just a bowl of sauce. The server was extremely rude. Definitely not coming back.
