First time trying Nando, this location was an amazing experience. Food was tasty, service was warm and welcoming from when we stepped in the door. Overall ambiance was chill and relaxing. Remembrance Day, 6:00pm. Craving some great food. 3 of us walk in, we are politely greeted at the door and given menus. We sit at a table and there we sat for almost 20 minutes, waiting for a server who never came. Decided to leave and eat at Denny's instead. At least they acknowledge their customers beyond the initial greeting.
