I had a terrible experience. I was craving for nandos so bad and when I ordered and opened my order it was terrible. Less than 25% skin not as advertised. I never had this experience in any of the branches. I have ordered multiple times from Richmond but never had this kind of experience. I complained and as per them this is normal because they cook on high flame. This is not the first time I have ordered and I never had this experience I.n Past. So disappointed!! I appreciate staff for giving me a call back but I hated How my experience turned out to be .. ruined my Saturday night!! Pathetic never eating nandos again !

Every single time I order from here they never ever ever provide the mild lemon and herb sauce for my chicken. They always put in some random spicy sauce. Never ever ever have they ever provided the proper sauce I ordered. The lemon and herb sauce is good, I don’t blame them for keeping it for themselves, however if I’m paying for an item I expect to receive that item.
