This place is amazing! Their Chicken is very tasty and tender. Ambiance is very good. Server is very friendly. And also the prices are very affordable. Will surely comeback here next time.

We visited expecting a quick and enjoyable Nando's experience but were severely disappointed.
After waiting 12 minutes for our order, we were abruptly informed that there would be an additional 20-minute delay due to an issue with the fryer.
The attempted service recovery was unsatisfactory: instead of offering a concession for the 30+ minute total wait, they merely offered to substitute our signature Peri-Peri Fries. Considering the fries are a main reason for choosing Nando's, this was a poor solution.
We were forced to cancel the order and request a refund due to time constraints. To our surprise, the refund could only be issued in cash, not back to the original credit card, which is highly unusual and inconvenient for a reputable restaurant. We ended up getting a quick meal elsewhere. Better training in customer service and recovery is clearly needed.

I ordered on Saturday night chicken breast and wing.. gotta as soon as I opened it the chicken was spoiled absolutely smelt horrible. I am super disappointed in this location for selling spoiled food. I will not order from there or any Nandos again this has traumatized me to the fullest and unbelievable how a human in customer service food industry can sell spoiled chicken. I have also reported for food safety plz ppl be careful fo thai location.

Usually sit and eat here, this time got pick up my order. Good job, but it is always can be better when it comes to serving. 👏👍
I have ordered food last two times and asked to cut to 8 pieces and it didn’t happen. I called to get my order and was talking to the owner manager who repeated my order and then hung up on me. I called again and talked to a lady who was ok till I said I was just going to call guildford and attitude changed and she became really friendly. When I went to pick up the guy was helpful I asked to speak to the manager and he kept blaming the phone system and was lukewarm. I called when I got home about the sizes and what I had asked and this was the second time around. I was on hold for almost 10 minutes and when I spoke to the manager he seemed lukewarm and not really caring I think I will be going to another Nandos going forward

Staff appeared to be annoyed when serving people, and when I asked for utensils, the employee looked at me with distain. Very disappointed since I usually order quarter chicken. Over all experience negative, and won't visit again.
