They closed dine-in super early. like 40 mins early . there was not mentioned on the website. i drove so far to eat and they offered to go only. They should mention it on the website and google maps

don't order online maybe they forget just like mine by the time i got there to pick up based on 15 minutes promise time i arrive and they just started my order what a waste of my time wait another 20 minutes again.

This location is hit and miss when ordering take out. My most recent experience was having to wait 15 minutes past my takeout time, only to be told it would be another 20 minute wait unless I was willing to substitute for the entree I ordered. So I agreed to the substitution, but still had to wait another 10 minutes, and when I got home I realized that my chicken was under cooked. Seems like things to do not operate smoothly when restaurant is busy.

Casa salad had no veggies. Just lettuce. Only 3 packets of Nandos sauce for a whole chicken and peri fries. The quality has gone done over the last year.

What happened to the chicken in the chicken sandwich?
Why is the chicken smaller than the slice of cheese? It's literally covers half the bun. 50% of my bites would be all bun and lettuce, no meat... The chicken breast used to be noticably bigger than the bun. This shrinkflation is out of hand. I will say that what meat I did find, was very tasty, and the cheese was fresh, but there's likely half the chicken there was 5 years ago
This is not localized to this store either. I received a slightly worse disappointment from a different location last time I tried, about 2 months ago. I guess I won't be eating nandos any more.
Last time I went to Barcellos their portions were still logical...

This place has the worst customer service. Do not go here. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Especially the kids meals. The tiniest portions I have ever seen. None of the take out boxes are even close to full. Owners need to fire staff and hire people that actually know customer service.
