Tuesday Cholle bhature in Tuesday deal $3.99 is very poor quality and I was try kadhai paneer and naan is below leval taste . Store need to be extend some price and give the quality to customer.becauae customer not back second time when he Taste first time and when my guests try the food he also told me food and naan is not good he ask me also which reataurant.then that customer also not give the order to customer because first experience is last experience. Need to be improve quality thanks

I already read some reviews regarding rude behavior of staff and some have mentioned the name of girl Raman. I want to add more, I have witnessed that bad attitude of Raman several times, when I asked her to change the food because of bad smell. Onwer does not want to hear anything against Raman, if you say, he will start accusing you. You may see the proof here if he replies to this review. I am taking tiffin from this place for years. I have witnessed so many illegal activities. I have witnessed so many international students including this girl Raman, violating the conditions of study permit, working many many hours more than allowed no of hours during their study periods. Many of these girls have shared that they are partially getting paid cash. I overheard Onwer not providing proper receipts to those who pay by cash for tiffin or for party hall. He never gave the receipt to me. Most recently many issues related to food and customer service, so I decided to stop getting food from here. This business must be reported to IRCC, CRA, CBSA, Fraser Health and Employment standards. Please don't go to this place.

we orderd 5 samosas and 1 pound panner pakora....but they packed only 4 samosas....when we called them and asked about that the girl started arguing that you gave the order for 4 samosa only.....not a good customer service.....mistakes can happen but arguing over the mistake is not good. Moreover those were the worst panner pakore i ever had....

I had a very disappointing experience with Nav Sweets. I called at 9:20 PM to place an order, well before their stated closing time of 10 PM. The employee (Girl) who answered was incredibly rude and refused to take my order, claiming they were already closing. This is unacceptable customer service. If the restaurant's hours are until 10 PM, they should be willing to take orders until then. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future. Won’t recommend to consider such restaurants for ordering.
We had a party on the hall and tell me why our dj was getting out of the booth not to be rude but EATING the food WE PAYED for and so was the bartender, and on top of that our DJ who WE WERE PAYING refused to take our song requests? Like that’s rude and the end of our party he finally started taking requests, but I’m not done yet because tell me why he refused to play songs that THE PERSON WHO PAYED AND BOOKED the hall , she said not to take any song requests other than from her and he didn’t even take her song request? I would not recommend here, and everyone complained about the bartender and the dj were focusing on the food more than the actual service and the food wasn’t that good.

I recently visited here and was quite disappointed with the customer service.one of employees named Raman was extremely rude and unprofessional.Instead of helping with my order they acted impatient and dismissive. when I asked a simple question. As a paying customer,I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect but she was too rude . They spoiled my whole mood
